PASSENGER ELEVATOR (MRL) Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electric Traction Type fully automatic Machine room less (MRL) Passenger Elevator having SS Enclosure with AC variable voltage & variable frequency drive unit suitable for operation on 415V, +/- 10 % V 3 Phase, 50 Hz. AC supply, having speed of 1.75 MPS, SS two part power operated center opening type car & landing doors, electro-magnetic brake system, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height & mechanical safety by pressure sensor, reverse phase relay on controller, fire man's switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator in car & at all floors with up / down direction indications, light fixtures, ventilation fan, landing sill, main beam in shaft for machine, pit ladder, provision of lighting in elevator shaft etc. complete with all accessories serving different floors in the lift shaft alongwith Automatic Rescue Device and lever operated Manual Emergency Rescue Device (independent of any battery system) complete as required and as per enclosed specifications for each elevator with following characteristics. i) Capacity- 15 Pax/ 1020 Kg ii) Stops and Openings- 7 No All same Side iii) Aproximate Travel- 26.58 meters iv) Car Size -As per IS/OEM v) Car & Hoistway Door Size;- 1000 x 2100 vi) Provision of Brail Button & SS Rail. vii) Type of Operatiopn-Automatic Group Supervisory Control

Comprehensive maintenance of 8 passenger SERVICE / PASSENGER ELEVATOR ( WITH MACHINE ROOM) (as per item no. 1 of SH I) which include routine , preventive, breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance visit of trained engineer/technician, and repaire/replacement of wornout items with minimum downtime for period of five years after completion of diffects liability period as per particular specifications enclosed

(a) During First Year after expiry of defects liability period

(b) During Second Year after expiry of defects liability period

(c) During Third Year after expiry of defects liability period

(d) During Fourth Year after expiry of defects liability period

(e) During Fifth Year after expiry of defects liability period
