Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and making good surface for laying /removing of cable all as specified and directed by Engr in charge and getting out in :-

Soft/loose soil

Hard/dense soil

Soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil to distance n exc 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed

M & L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 45 cm and depth 50 cm for laying of pipe for laying of UG cables and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) all as specified and directed

M & L erect in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screwed pole made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 (Part-II) 1980 type 410-SP-31 ( 9 metres long ) pole including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed in and incl taking down carefully old deterioiated RCC/steel pole.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches/ passing through pipe/fixing on walls, floors etc incl using suitable clamp of cross sectional area 3.5 core 50 Sqmm in and including taking out old one all as specified and directed.

Make : REX POLYEXTRUSION LTD or its equivalent as approved

M&L for clean dry river sand cushioning to undeground cables in trenches including spreading, leaveling hand punning and consolidating complete all as specified and directed. Note- Thickness after punning down shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay factory made, ISI marked, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-1, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fault detection in damaged UG cables using cable fault detector/locator, vehicle mounted to accuracy of 2m for various locations inside CME for UG cables of any size & any type upto 22kv grade including excavation & earthwork in any type of strata of size 4x2x0.6m to visually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and where directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & fix LT Cable jointing kit(straight through) heat shrinkable complete with jointing materials suitable for LT Armoured cable 3.5 core, 10 to 50 Sqmm including taking down old all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including taking down old etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade including taking down old all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator incl GI mild steel strip, washer, insulator bolts, washers and nut for working pressure 1100 volts section of strips 31 x 3 mm,max dia 90mm, height 75 mm,dia of bolt 12mm upto 9 metre long incl taking down old unserviceable all as specified and directed.

S & F Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 incl GI Adjustable Stay Rod of 20 mm Dia, GI Stay wire of size 7/4 mm incl stay clamps, loop type insulator, excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 incl taking down old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and directed.

M&L for cradles, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with GI steel wire 4 mm dia incl taking down old UNSV one all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/plinth blocks of HT poles etc incl fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-stringing of over head line ACSR conductor on existing lines by unbinding at each pin/shackle/Disc type insulator and re-fixing the same after stretching conductor, removing excess sag, maintaining proper distance between conductors as specified, tightening of stay wire, S&F of PVC line seperators two per span, all as specified and as directed for the following types of configurations:-
