Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. as per DSR.no. 4.1.1

Construction of Granular Sub Base by Providing Granular Material, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Froont & Loader at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Supply & Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 100 mm (Ordinary Coloured) (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. as per SI.No.12, Ch. No.-20

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. As per SI.No.-1, Ch. No.-17

Construction of un-reinforced, , plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction,expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler,separation bar, tie admixtures finishing to lines and grades as per rod, as membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sum on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type Hot Mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 505 Complete in all respects.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with Higher capacity batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 507 Complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work, in Foundation and floors.as per DSR 4.1.8 of Ch. 5

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per DSR 6.8 of Ch. 6

Providing and laying damp-proof course 25 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size). as per DSR 4.1.3 of Ch. 7

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. as per SI.No.-13.4.1, Ch.No.-13

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. Grating (300 x 300) with 8mm square bar as per D.S.R. 10.25.2, Ch.No.-10

Supply & laying of PVC pipe (200mm dia) of all material labour and T/P required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. (pressure 6 Kg/SqCm)

Supply & Fixing of Kerb Stone of 12' x 18' x 6' of all material labour and T/P required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply & laying of Cheqered Tiles of all material labour and T/P required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
