Requiredi) Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand draft or Bankers Cheque or Fixed Deposit Receipts or/ and Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD.

Requirediii) Form-F Receipt of deposition of original EMD to division office of any EE, CPWD

Requirediv) GST registration Certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. I If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with other bid documents

Requiredlf work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate of the state, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/We shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on account of the work executed and /or for any action taken by CPWD or GST department in this regard.

Requiredv) Undertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload undertaking regarding site inspection I/we have inspected and examined the site of work and its surrounding and fully satisfy before submitting my/our bids
