Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x43/8"x23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete -10 cum

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

RCC in M30 GRADE using graded aggregtes of HBGs excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD

Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.
