The Pandal with special type of tent, Aluminium Structure, Ceiling, Hanger erection and dismantling Area : 100 feet x 180 feet (including the stage area, and green rooms) Ceiling height: 16 feet. (minimum)

4 feet high stage measuring overall 100 feet x 40 feet supported on iron / aluminium structure crossed braced on the bottom side and railing all around as necessary: Including providing and fixing of 12' high partition panels for 2 nos Green Rooms (each measuring 40 feet x 25 feet) on both sides of the stage. There shall be 4 (four) elevated platforms of 6 inch height, 4 feet width and 50 feet long at the back side of the stage.

Supply on hire basis, installation, testing, operation, dismantling of Air-conditioning System for the pandal as per specification with necessary power distribution arrangement for AC Units, Hangers etc. Maintainable indoor temperature: (25 +/- 2) degree C

Supply on hire basis, installation, testing, operation, dismantling of the Sound System as per requirement for the given pandal area including cultural Programmes involving arrangements forv speech, vocalists, instrumentalist, footmice, monitor feedback system,speakers etc.

Supply on hire basis, installation, testing, operation, dismantling, of the Light Fittings and Electrical PowerDistribution System for the Light and Sound System Supply on hire basis, installation, testing, operation, dismantling, of the Light Fittings and Electrical PowerDistribution System for the Light and Sound System as per requirement for inside and outside of the Pandal area.

Supply on hire basis, installation, testing, operation of Diesel Operated Sound Less Generator set as below 125 KVA for AC and Lighting System including spare for A.C. Operation.

Supply on hire basis, installation, testing, operation of Diesel Operated Sound Less Generator set as below 62.5 KVA for Sound System including spare for sound and light operation

Side walling with cloth by buttum framing/ bambo framing in other areas as necessary for food distribution centre and prephary of netaji Bhavan.
