Taking out old unserviceable under ground LT XLPE /PVC cable of any size from trenches/ wall/ road/ roof/ pipe / pole / DBs including taking out of back layer of cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Chrge. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, laying, fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors/ under roads/ hard standing / along poles and testing LT cable XLPE , PVC insulated screened bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable ( heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 400 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) complete all as specified.Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

Boring hole under the existing road pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure minimum 0.6 mtr below the existing top surface of GL complete all as specified

S&F of LT cable junction box insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size shall not be less than 200 x 160 x 98mm, environment friendly, recyclable, halogen and silicon free, anti acid and anti corrosive, rated for degree of ingress protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529, the gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. Junction box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60670-22 and IEC 60670-2-5 the JB colour shall be according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of JB/ enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC certificate, for better safety of the polycarbonate, encl shall be fire retardant and self extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 part 3, UL subject 94 for flammability V-2. It should be tested at glove wire test for 960˚ centigrade. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures/ boards i.e the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 including four pole connector, MCB, MCB SP 25 Amps 'C' curve and chromium plated clamp with nuts and bolts. Make :- Hensel/ Siemens/ GE Power / Rittal. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate for CJB/PJB complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping (450x450x300mm) foundation of poles / struts etc including necessary form work complete all specified and directed by Engin-Charge.

M & L for wiring of street light circuit with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable sheathed 1.5 sqmm flat three core for connection for street light fitting in and including light grade steel stove enameled conduit of size 20 mm fixed to PCC / steel tubular street light pole with 25x5 mm FI clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm thick by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts and soldering the strip, electrode connected to panel board or on poles or on transformer (including making of test point with GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm) including GI protection pipe 40 mm bore light grade dia for protection of strip upto the extent of 7.5 mtr all as directed, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering including providing funnel and wire mesh, GI frame with suitably reinforced RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work in any type of strata , all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part - I, PCC pit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pit and not just on earth pit including testing on completion and dismantling of old earthing. Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included of earth strip 32x6mm and pit protection pipe 40mm dia light grade up to 7.5 mtr distance. Earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling/ taking down ACSR conductor from LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc from LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size from LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable service wire of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable LT panels of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) CA No. shall be printed on all the cables having quantities more than one drum. (ii) Cable path indicator are included in the cost of cable. (iii) Pre dispatch factory inspection of cable and LT panel shall be carried out by the rep of Accepting Officer. (iv) The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
