Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : 13.48.1 Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Casement cum fixed panel window having both end single casement panel, middle fixed panels and at top completely fixed ventilator with S.S friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9) made of (big series) frame 67 x 60 mm , sash 67 x 80 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Providing erecting cutting and fixing of 550 mm depth free standing book storage cupboards with laminated finished , erected/making to be made with 19 mm thick Greenply Plywood on all frame structure and required partition with self member as per required height with providing fixing of edge binding in all plywood edges cuitting and pasting with fixing for 1.5 mm thick decorative laminated sheet in both side of ply surface inluding all hardware fittings like, nails, fevicol, pesting tap, handle, lock, hingesetc. as a complete with all necessary required materials and labour as directed by the concerned department.

Providing erecting cutting fitting and fixing of laminated finished wall clading in the room wall/column, to be made with 19mm thick greenply at fixed on existing wall/column surface with ,including coating of Kiricide oil on plywood surface and pasting and finishing of 1.0 mm thick decorative green laminated sheet with pesting tape,adhesive,nails, etc. , the work is complate with all necessary hardware materials and labour as per directed by the concern department.
