Demolition of cement concrete any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided.complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm size graded stone aggregate as in padding (level course) on roof surface averaging 40mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar any description. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions as in roof and chajjas, finished the surface fair and even with out using extra cement. Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Matrial & labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standerd membrane over PCC padding of roof with the following cornises of treatment :- (a) Applying of bituminous primer @0.30 kg/Sqm as per IS-3384 including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed (b) Applying of APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane,polyster reinforced (3.50/Sqm) with 10cm overlaps and tourch bounded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100 mm dia ( Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete), set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of AC sheets (corrugated and semicorrugated etc ) in roofing incl ridge tiles. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI Based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulders masonry laid drybuilt in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass B bricks ,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean redius built in cm 1;6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on surfaces of walls. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 ltrs(cylindlerical verrtical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I inclding dismantaling of existing damaged water tanks. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PTMT ball valves 20 mm dia high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high denscity plastic ball screwed for iron pipes and fixed to iron pipes. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for unions of 20 mm bore and complete all as specified and directed.
