Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 sq.m and not exceeding 2sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for refixing existing shutter of any descriptions exceeding 1 Sq.m and not exceeding 2 sq.m each in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix2nd class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, kiln seasoned, chemically pressure treated, rail and style, factory made plain framed panelled shutter (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of the rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part-I), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, kiln seasoned, chemically pressure treated, factory made, glazed and skeleton door shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc divided into square with framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass or gauges etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel frame work such as grills gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, and similar work confirming to Fe 290,Gde E165complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 140mm floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exceeding half brick thick but not exceeding one brick complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting out old bricks or stone masonry walls built in cement or lime mortar, forming toothing for and bonding new into old work in cement mortar 1:6 including jointing, pointing and making good after fixing of doors and windows or other similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured ceramic glazed tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick on vertical surface of wall, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in white or coloured cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick internal plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Vitreous China Squatting Pan “Orissa Pattern” with foot rest shall be issued under Sch ‘B’ as “Free for fixing” only

Supply and fix aluminium Window/ Ventilator shutter including frame, any type (sliding or openable) with frame and other similar work etc. fabricated by using the JINDAL/HINDALCO/Indal section including necessary arrangement to reveive 4mm thick sheet glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws with and including of rubber gasket/ rubber beading etc complete including brass matice lock, roller, frame, but weight of the rubber gasket/ beading will not be measured with weight of aluminum shutter complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Glass panes and wire cloth shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of schedule ‘A’

Supply and fix4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing fixed with beads in square exceeding 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples/ complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for making good jambs, forming jambs etc to opening for door and window opening including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs door closer hydualically regulated, aluminium (extruded section) body, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and as directed.
