Fabrication, providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of star delta starter for newly installed pumping unit no i. Fabrication, providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning one incoming and three outgoing distribution panel for all three cables of pumping unit i, ii and iii. Fabrication of anchor block for delivery pipelines of pumping unit no i, ii and iii. Providing, fitting, installation, laying of suction pipe and delivery pipe for pumping unit no iii along with allied electro mechanical works at Lift irrigation station, KotheyParlah new.

i) Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of dry type star delta starter of 70 HP ( L&T/ Havells/ Siemens) at Lift irrigation station Kothey parlah new for newly installed pumping unit no i, the starter should consists of sheet metal enclosure inclusive of single phase preventer, 3 no’s contactors of 110 ampere rating along with auxiliary contacts conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, over load relay, timer, one number volt meter, one number ampere meter , on / off switch, phase indicators etc. The job includes fitting of starter on wall by way of drilling holes, fitting of fasteners. Providing and fitting of 25 sq mm copper cable from motor to starter-20 meters, dividing of cable in 6 equal parts and thimbling the copper cables with 25 sq mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool and cover the flexible copper cable with heavy duty PVC sleeve. Making connections from starter to motor. Providing and fitting of 35 sq mm of copper cable from distribution panel to star delta starter – 10 meters , dividing of cable equal parts and properly thimble the flexible copper cable with 35 sq mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool. Cover the flexible copper cable with PVC sleeve. Making connections from panel to starter. . ii) Providing, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of one incoming and three outgoing distribution panel for Kothey Parlah new. The panel must consists of 400 ampere MCCB at incoming and three number 200 ampere MCCB with 50 Ka breaking capacity for pumping unit no 1, 2 and 3. The panel must have digital voltmeter, and ampere meter and phase indicators at incoming side, the distribution panel must have voltmeter and ampere meters for all pumping units to show the voltage and ampere reading for all three pumping units. All the internal connections from main MCCB to output must be through copper bus bars. The panel should have three separate exit points for outgoing cables with three number doors for each pumping units. The panel should have arrangement for hanging on wall / stand. Carriage of panel to site and installation at appropriate position for easy operation. Drilling of fasteners in wall of lift irrigation station and installation of panel over the fasteners. Providing and fitting of 50 sq mm of copper cable from Voltage stabilizer to distribution panel – 45 meters, dividing of cable in equal parts and properly thimble the flexible copper cable with 50 sq mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool. Cover the flexible copper cable with PVC sleeve. Making connections from panel to voltage stabilizer inside the premises of lift irrigation station Kothey parlah old. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges, carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.

i) Providing, fitting, welding and laying of MS suction pipeline of 250 mm diameter and 5 mm thickness- 65 feet in length for 8 cusec pumping unit no 3 from pump to intake. Removing of suction pipeline from installed position by way of excavation of earth up pipe level , breaking of concrete structure over the pipe using electric demolition hammer and dismantling of existing suction pipeline by way of cutting rusted, damaged nuts, bolts with gas welding. Providing, fitting of 12 number MS plate flanges of 250 mm internal diameter with suction pipe at different lengths. Welding of the flanges at the ends of pipes with double layered welding to avoid any leakages as per site conditions. Fastening of suction pipeline with pumping unit using nuts, bolts and rubber gasket. Fabrication of one number MS long bend of required angle as per alignment of suction pipeline from 250 mm diameter MS Pipe with welding of 250 mm diameter MS plate flanges on both ends of bend. Providing and fitting of rubber gaskets between each MS flange joint. Fastening of each length of suction pipe with hexagonal nuts and hexagonal bolts. The job includes refilling of earth after laying of pipeline. Providing and fitting of delivery pipeline as per alignment of newly installed pumping unit by way of dismantling of existing pipe after cutting rusted nuts and bolts with gas cutter. Removing of damaged delivery pipeline and providing, fitting of 250 mm diameter with pipeline 15 ft in length with 5 mm wall thickness. Providing and welding MS plate flanges of 250 mm internal diameter at the required positions as per site conditions and alignment of delivery pipeline. The job includes fabrication of one number 250 mm diameter MS bend as per site condition and delivery alignment of pump. Fastening and laying of delivery with nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets between the flanges. Providing and fitting of 250 mm diameter sluice valve ( Kirloskar/ L&T/ KSB)on delivery of pumping unit no 3 of the lift irrigation station and welding of 250 mm dia plate flanges on both ends. Providing and fitting of flanged ends cast iron sluice valve with PN 1.0 conforming toIS14846 on delivery side of the pumping unit with rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline. Painting of installed pipeline with red oxide primer and one coat of black paint over the pipeline and painting of pump and motor with proper colour code. Complete job includes cost of material, welding charges, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges, and carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load. ii) Fabrication of concrete anchor block below the delivery pipeline at lift irrigation station Kothey parlah new to hold the delivery pipes and stop vibrations. The block must be constructed in trapezoid shape to accommodate three number delivery pipes from pumping unit no 1,2,3 and rising main size the size of block should be 9 ft x 9 ft x 3 ft height from the ground level. Fabrication of concrete anchor block from concrete mixture in ratio of 1:3:6. The block must be plastered with sand and cement mixture in ratio of 1:4. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled/ semi skilled labour, transportation charges, carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load.
