Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 62.5 KVA Diesel Generator Set Engine Model: 88IES, 82.3 BHP, 3 Cylinder, Vertical with Air Cooled / Water Cooled, Electric Start Diesel Engine directly coupled with AC alternator 03 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz @ 0.8 p.f self excited, self regulated designed to run at 1500 rpm with standard control panel, integral fuel tank with Battery of suitable capacity and leads and accessories in all respect along with ATS Panel inside the DG (Sound Proof) acoustic enclosure with CPCB-IV+ approved, similar to Generator Set of Make E-TMTL or its equivalent etc., as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated Heavy duty armoured Aluminium Conductor UG Cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 (Part-II) and IS No. 1554 (Part-II) 1988 as applicable Make CCI/Gloster/Havells/Polycab/ Finolex or its equivalent as required. a) 70 Sq.mm x 3.5 Core

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)
