CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN CHC AT RAICHUR CITY IN RAICHUR DISTRICT.

Clause ITT 3.2(b)To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/its name should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The tenderer should have been Satisfactorily completed at least one Similar nature work of value not less than Rs.730.50Lakhs as prime contractor. Note : The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/ Semi Government/Government undertaking/autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause ITT 3.2 (b).

Clause ITT 3.2(c) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/its name should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25). Clause ITT 3.2(d) To qualify for award of this contract, should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The tenderer or his identified sub contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works issued by KPWD/ Government electrical Inspectorate and should have executed similar Building electrical works totaling Rs.95.06 Lakhs in any one financial year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/Semi Government/ Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause ITT 3.2 (d). The letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for electrical works should be obtained and uploaded in the KPP-portal.

Clause ITT 3.2(e) To qualify for award of this contract, should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works issued by BWSSB/ KUWS&DB and should have executed similar building water supply/sanitary engineering works totaling Rs.52.09 in any one financial year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/Semi Government/ Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause ITT 3.2 (e). The letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for water Supply works should be obtained and uploaded in the KPP-portal.

Clause ITT 3.2(f) To qualify for award of this contract, should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should have executed similar Fire Fighting works totaling to Rs.46.27 Lakhs in any one financial year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause ITT 3.2(f). The Valid license and letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for Fire Fighting Works should be obtained and uploaded in the KPP-portal.

Clause ITT 3.2(g) To qualify for award of this contract, should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess valid license for executing OT engineering works issued by KPWD and should have executed similar building OT engineering works totaling Rs.40.19 Lakhs in any one financial year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/Semi Government/ Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause ITT 3.2 (g). The letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for water Supply works should be obtained and uploaded in the KPP-portal.

Clause ITT 3.2(h) To qualify for award of this contract, should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should have executed similar Lift works totaling to Rs.15.14 Lakhs or 1 No in any one financial year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause ITT 3.2(h). The Valid license and letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for Lift works or 1 No should be obtained and uploaded in the KPP-portal.

Clause ITT 3.2(i) To qualify for award of this contract, should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should have executed similar MGPLS works totaling to Rs.29.08 Lakhs in any one financial year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause ITT 3.2(i). The Valid license and letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for MGPLS works should be obtained and uploaded in the KPP-portal.

Clause ITT 3.3 (a)Equipment capacity Each tenderer should further demonstrate(a) available by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on ease/hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.,) for availability for this work are furnished. Clause ITT 3.6 Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated for prime contractor are as under Assessed available tender capacity AxNx1.5-B Where A maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 updated to 2025-26 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value, at 2025-26 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 15 months. Note. The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

Clause ITT 3.2(a):To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/its name should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The tenderer should have been achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs.2337.60 Lakhs. Note:a)For Clause ITT 3.2(a) the certificate duly certified by the charted accountant is to be submitted. Certified balance sheet by Chartered Accountant.

Clause ITT 3.3(b)Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.350.65 Lakhs (Credit lines / letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.(As per the prescribed format in clause 1.10 of SECTION 3, QUALIFICATION INFORMATION of this document.) as prime Contractor.
