1. Name of work REPAIR OF CHHAJJA, PARAPET, GROUTING PLASTER, JOINERY, PLINTH PROTECTION ETC IN POCKET 9 IN AGE B/R SAHARANPUR UNDER GE ROORKEE

S&F powder coated ceiling grid system of grid size 600x600 mm fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 3 mm dia GI wire comprising main tee of size 38 mm x 24 mm x 0.30 mm, cross tee of size 28 mm x 24 mm x 0.40 mm with and incl S&F 10 mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement with following:- (a) taking down of existing treatment of tar felt/tiling/PCC padding/loose particle any nos of layer to ensure or clean smooth and dry surface and preparing the surface by cleaning with water complete. (b) M&L for providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (c) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness of weight of 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster fiber as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with 110mm side over laps &110mm joints over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction. (d) M&L for finishing of top surface by two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm grouted all as specified and as per manufacturers instruction. (e) Test with filling of water over roof slab continuously for 48 hours all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in coping, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS:15658 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, glossy type with grey cement and no pigment laid dry over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, hard standing, plinth protection etc 75 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate bays n'exc 2.50 Sqm and joints filled with mastic filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in top floor 100 mm thick finished even and fair laid in alternate bays, with spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expended metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in CM 1:6 using Sub class ‘B’ Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.
