Providing , laying and rolling of build-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates .......layer to sub as a base, conferming to the line grades and cross-section specified, the compected layer thickness being 75mm as per technical specification clause 505. Providing and applying track coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) pressure emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 kg. Per spm. On the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broomas per technical specification Clause 503

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixwd with bituminous binder,transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade,level and alignment and rolled to achieved the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause. 504.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&Hs fixed to the road surface using adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Hume Pipe Culvert :- Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification clause305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matterial and disposal upto a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Dismantling of Structures :- Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T &P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Brick Masonry Work in cement mortar in foundation of Head walls complete exculding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1109 (A) BrickMasonry in 1:4 cement mortar

Providing & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in double row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per Clause 1106. (B) 1000mm dia

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4),15mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per Technical specifications clause 613.4 & 1204.

Approach Road :-Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401 (I) For Grading II Material

WBM Grading III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the requied density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405 (A) By manual means

Providing and laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement having thickness 80mm as per Technical specification clause 1504 (iv) Rates are inclusive of C C Edge Block.
