Concept design and operation philosophy of the LARS highlighting important features of latching system along with A-frame. Project execution plan and schedule.

Supply of class approved design drawings (binding data) along with foundation and reaction details (force and moments) to carry out ship modification work.

Design, manufacturing, testing and supply of class approved Launching And Recovery System (LARS) comprising of A-frame and latching system along with dedicated HPU and control system. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at manufacturer facility before shipment

Installation and commissioning of LARS on mother ship in dry dock or afloat condition at any one of Indian port

Harbour Acceptance test (HAT) as specified in clause 7.0 of this document.

Sea Acceptance Test (SAT): Demonstration of two successful launching and retrieval operation at seawith an object having weight, overall dimension and top surface / shape similar to the Manned submersible

One week training to NIOT engineers on the operation & maintenance of LARS system, with standard operating procedures, manuals, drawings, third party certificates and material certificates etc…

Freight charges

Third-party Inspection for FAT and pre shipment inspection for conformance of product quality as per specification

All risk insurance charges till completion of Installation & commissioning and handing over to NIOT

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Charges (CAMC) for First Year (The CAMC will commence after the completion of 2 year standard warranty)

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Charges (CAMC) for Second Year

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Charges (CAMC) for Third Year
