Railway reserves the right to Purchase bulk quantity form those sources who have been approved by BLW for the item (BLW item ID No: 2200402 ) On or before the date of tender opening.But in case of removal or suspension or banning or degradation after opening the tender , Such cases will be taken into account while deciding tender.if authorized dealer of approved vendor participated in this tender , tenderer must submit tender specific authorization from approved vendor along with their offer.
