COMPREHENSIVE/PREVENTIVE MAINT OF FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENTS FIRE HYDRANTS FIRE ALAARMS PUMP AND MOTOR PANEL WIRING AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT 33 FAD DAPPAR UNDER AGE(I) DAPPAR

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying of CI/GI pipes laying in trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cm 1:6 internally plastered in cm (1:6) and externally plastered in cm (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15m offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cm 1:6 internally plastered in cm (1:6) and externally plastered in cm (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15m offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No. 7.00 here in before but except brick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceble Old bricks obtain from ser item No 6.00 shall be reused after cleaning.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete external surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete including white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
