Manning & Operation of 11KV independent Sub Station at New Campus including day to day preventive maintenance of HT/LT switch gears, cleaning of installations, cutting of bushes and grass, giving and retrieving shutdown properly by intimating to the E/M in charge of SDO(MES) Dholpur, tie up of blown out HT fuse wires, maintaining shutdown register and log sheet in prescribed manner, responsibility of MES electric installation for safe guard @ 16Hrs i.e.in 02 shifts (8Hrs each) from the date of commencement trouble free uninterrupted service with deployment of one x skilled Elect and one x semi skilled Mate Electrician in each shift including attending all types minor external electric supply complaints of New campus area around the sub station including replacement of unserviceable parts which will be issued by MES all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for installations located in New campus area Dholpur for the following timing: (a) 1st shift 2200Hrs to 0600Hrs (Shift timing may vary as per ground requirement) (b) 2nd shift 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs (Shift timing may vary as per ground requirement)

Manning & Operation of Pump House No 2 at Gundrai including day to day preventive maintenance of Pump sets, Starter Panels, maintenance and replacement of gland packing, cleaning of installations, cutting of bushes and grass, maintaining PRRB and log sheet in prescribed manner, responsibility of MES water supply installation for safe guard @ 24Hrs i.e.in 03 shifts (8Hrs each) from the date of commencement trouble free uninterrupted service with deployment of one x Skilled FGM in each shift including attending all types minor external water supply complaints of Gundrai area including replacement of unserviceable parts which will be issued by MES all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for installations located around Pump House No 2, Gundrai area Dholpur for the following timing: (a) 1st shift 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs (Shift timing may vary as per ground requirement) (b) 2nd shift 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs (Shift timing may vary as per ground requirement) (c) 3rd shift 2200Hrs to 0600Hrs (Shift timing may vary as per ground requirement)

Manning & Operation of DG Set 82.5KVA at Kesarbagh palace area including day to day preventive maintenance of DG set, LT Panels, maintenance and repair of changeover switches, toping up of fuel, eingine oil, battery distilled water, coolant etc, maintenance of battery set, cleaning of installation room, cutting of bushes and grass, maintaining PRRB and log sheet in prescribed manner, responsibility of MES DG set installation for safe guard @ 16Hrs i.e.in 02 shifts (8Hrs each) from the date of commencement trouble free uninterrupted service with deployment of one x Skilled FGM in each shift including attending all types minor complaints of Kesarbagh area including replacement of unserviceable parts which will be issued by MES all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following timing: (a) 1st shift 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs (Shift timing may vary as per ground requirement) (b) 2nd shift 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs (Shift timing may vary as per ground requirement) (c) 3rd shift 2200Hrs to 0600Hrs (Shift timing may vary as per ground requirement)(Note for Srl No 01 to 08) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/State Govt/ Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Govt of India /State govt/ Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tenderer shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/bonafide bids only
