Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr in depth but n 'exc 3m depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of cables etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs/ coping/ bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles with necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Repair / replacement of old unsv steel tubular poles with new Steel tubular pole 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) ISI marked complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers transporting to errecting point including erection in position and painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint before fixing & embedded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and filling & coping shall be measured and paid separetely.

Taking out old serviciable Steel tubular poles 9 mtr long, straight / swan neck type (single / double) after dismentling of existing PCC, transporting up to desired place (not more than 2KM) and errecting in trully vertical position including one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminium paint, marking of pole numbers and making 6 Nos of black/yellow colour strip 20 cm wide on equal distance from coping complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC for fixing of pole will be included in the item.

Material and labour for sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand for cushioning of under ground cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand will be measured.

Supply and laying of sub class B bricks laid flat adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of U/G cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Street light pole terminal box &Supply and fixing Street light pole terminal box (IP 66) made of thermoplastic polystyrenejunction box size 155 x 210 x 92mm with integrated elestic membrance for cable entry via cable gland fitted with 1x MCB 16 A SP and suitable pole mounting clamp and two polyamide cable gland with its locknut model No 1555.32.25, one glnd for incoming and one for out going and one gland m 25 gland (1555.25.17) will be used for street light etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvainised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with misture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to galvanised earth lead of GI wire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel protection pipe of galvanised iron medium grade and further earth lead is to be connected upto test point upto the distance 7.5 mtr and further to connect including junction point or test point of 5 to 6 terminal connector or main switch/DB up to the distance of 6 mtrs and GI pipe 20mm light grade for water filling including 40 x 20mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, PCC pit and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for cover with 8mm CTD bar reinforcement both ways @ 140 c/c including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2001 (part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps, 16 KA complete in vertical type DB including making connections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCCB 4 Pole 160 Amps, 36 KA complete in vertical type DB including making connections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps, 36 KA complete in vertical type DB including making connections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amps, 36 KA complete in vertical type DB including making connections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down MCCB incoming and outgoing controls any make, any capacity after disconnecting complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unsv XLPE cable and replacing it with new XLPE cable including Supply laying, connecting cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note - Excavation, Earth work, Sand, Bricks and GI Pipe reqd shall be measured and paid separatly.

Supply and fixing Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145mm height and 225 mm dia ball and socket type, white brown or green fixed as two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing loop type porcelain, vitreous white brown or green insulators large size with over all dimensions 90 x 140mm, clearence of hole 25.5mm complere all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing loop type porcelain, vitreous white brown or green insulators small size with over all dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearence of hole 16mm complere all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair rubber matting confirmimg to IS : 15652 - 2006 for electrical purpse of size 200 cm (length) x 100 cm (width) x 12mm (thickness) in elecrical installation complete all as specified and directed.
