Dismantling carefully centrifugal/monoblock/submersible electric motor from site of installation and transportion to work shop and then removing all burnt/ worn out coils cleaning of starter slots and insertion of insulating paper in the slots of appropriate size and rewinding with supper enameled copper wire ISI marked with existing size and varnishing with two coats of insulating varnish including all winding materials for 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz 1460 RPM of any make and model complete reinstallation of motor at site upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for the following capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Opening the complete motor and removing the complete burnt out winding wire of the stator of the motor removed under item No.49 here-in-before, cleaning the stator with cleaning element, preparing the surface and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of pre-existing gauge of approved quality by Engr-in-charge, filling the slot with insulating material like fiber sleeves, tapes according to classification of motor, varnishing, heating, etc., and reassemble after repairs including testing and commissioning for rated RPM for the following motor as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
