Taking out old unserviceable plywood top and S&F plywood BWR, commercial of size 6’x3’x12mm thick on top of bed fixed with screw wood steel all as specified and shown on drawings.

Dismantling old unserviceable stiffner and S&F new stiffener of Ist class seasoned hard wood complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing old unserviceable Head rest and S & F New Head rest made out of 2nd class soft wood, covered on both side with 3.5mm thick BWR plywood having one side teak faced all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing old unserviceable cushion foam back and S&F new 50mm thick cushion foam having density 40, covered with superior quality Leatheriest rexene with best upholtery all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing old unserviceable Foot rest and S & F new Foot rest made out of 2nd class soft wood duly covered on both side with 3.5 mm thick BWR plywood having one side teak faced all as specified and shown on drawing.

Dismantling old unserviceable clamps and S&F new mild steel clamp of flat iron 35x6mm ,150mm long made to shape and provided at corner leg long rail with wooden screws complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing old unserviceable legs and providing new legs of Ist Class seasoned hard wood duly finished complete as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing old unserviceable side and S&F new side made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board , exterior grade complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Replacing unserviceable arms handle, made of ply propylene ,co-polyme complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of chair cushioned with arms and applying one coat of snythetic Enamel paint (black colour) complete all as specified and directed .

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HARD BOARD (FD/E6MAP/05)

Dismantling old unserviceable leg and S&F new leg made of 25mm dia tube having 1.6mm wall thickness, welded by gas/electric welding complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Dismantling old unserviceable top and S&F new top of 18mm thick Block board, commercial, covered with 1.00 thick teak face plastic laminated sheet including 4mm thick teak wod beading all round complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Dismantling old unserviceable seat/back and S&F new one piece seat & back made of polypropylene ,co-polymer, weight not less than 1.2 Kg, moulded to shape all as shown on drg .

Removing old unserviceable shoe and S&F new PVC /Hard rubber shoe at bottom of the leg complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Gas welding of broken spot of 25mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed . Note:-Welding alround shall be consider as one point.

M&L for denting & painting of steel surfaces, exposed to view when placed in position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and shown drawing .

CHAIR VARANDAH(FD/MAP/12)

Removing old unserviceable plastic seat & back and S&F new PVC seat & back, 4 x 10 mm thick ribs moulded . PVC seat 4 mm thick and weight of the PVC seat & back shall not be less than 1.85 kg.complete all as specified and shown drawing .

Gas welding to broken spot of 20mm round pipe complete all as specified and directed . Note:-Welding alround shall be considered as one point.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of snythetic enamel paint (white colour) on chair verandah complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR COMPUTER (TP):

Removing unserviceable cushioned seat, back padded with upholestered leather/tapestry cloth, padded cushion of arms and providing the same with new materials of same or superior quality and repair/removing of unserviceable parts of tilting mechanisam with swivel system and providing in serviceable condition duly repaired in all respect as directed .

Replacing the existing unserviceable bearing with new bearing of same or superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Replacing the existing unserviceable wheel with new wheel of same or superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Replacing the existing unserviceable hydrolic fitting with new hydrolic fitting of same or superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Replacing the existing unserviceable base assembly with new base assembly of same or superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR VARANDAH FD-256, 19(M)

Removing old unserviceable cane/nylon newar from chair varandah and recanning with new plastic cane 4.00mm wide, half round, in white/yellow colour complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Gas welding to broken spot of 20mm round pipe of chair varandah complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Welding alround shall be considered as one point.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of chair verandah and applying one coat of snythetic enamel paint (white colour) on chair verandah complete all as specified and directed. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 12,674.68 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No. 23 & 24 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
