Sch 'A' Sec - I, (Prime cost Sum)
Prime cost sum for FRG Hollow Dunnage Block (without ferrous metal) of size 380x300x150mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Prime cost sum inserted in this Sch will be considered as one item. The bidder shall quote lump sum amount against this item and accordingly percentage shall be derived automatically by the system in col 9 of BOQ based on the amount quoted against this item by the bidder shall be subject to a maximum of 15% (on plus side) and shall be taken as the PC sum percentage irrespective of the percentage derived actually from the quoted amount. (ii) Quantity mentioned in colum 3 is provisional. Any increase/decrease in the quantity based on the site requirement shall be priced at the quoted percentage under column 9.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including mounting base suitable for fixing at roof of building/ESHs at any height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- PCC block for fixing shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ)

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 4 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw, fixed on wall surface including making connections of down earth conductors and earthing strips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Taking out old unserviceable under ground LT XLPE/PVC cable of any size from trenches/wall/roof/road/pipe/pole including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches etc and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
