CWE/AF AMB/SAR-T15/2026-27 REPAIR RENOVATION OG OLD HANGER AND ITS ANNEXE BUILDING AT ARC UNDER GE AF SARSAWA

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting / PPGI / Fiber glass sheet, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing fo 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275.as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.4.00 here-in-before but except sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Old serviceable sheets as obtained under item No.1.00 here-in-before shall be re-used under this item.

Material and labour for preparation of two coat painted steel, galvanised sheet and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide in Camouflague pattern or plain or pattern as decided by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item for painting any type of Rolling shutters and any type of Hangers including any height and width at AF Stn Sarsawa shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, grating ,etc. With ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balesters, bracing, walkways,railings, framework of watertanks and similar work to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples size of mesh is 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling floor , hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but ot backing) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling coarse for tiles complete all as specified and directed..
