Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth,well rammed and consolidated with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers etc., complete as per Standarad specification SS20B(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and filling in foudation and basement with Well Gravel including cost and conveyance of Gravel to work site from approved sources and including labour charges for filling, laying, levelling, watering and compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications(TNBP No.24&25).

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five part of Fine aggregates) mix using Second Class Bricks of Size 9 " x 4 3/8" x 2 ¾" including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, Finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications – TNBP No:31

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc.complete complying with standard specification (TNBP No.30)

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) over the RCC roof slab in the propotion of brick jelly to lime being 32:121/2 by volume and laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness , beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wetted by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification-.TNBP No:44-I

Daddoing with first quality colour glazed tiles of 300 mm x 200 mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (one part of cement & two part of Fine aggregates) and pointing with white cement neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification.

Laying with first quality design Colour ceramic anti skid tiles of size 305 x 305x 6mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part cement & three part Fine aggregate) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 12mm ISS HBG Stone Jelly of 25mm tk etc., Complete. including cost and conveyance of materials to work site & labour charges for mixing,laying,finishing and Curing etc,complete as per standard specifications .

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23cmx23cmx20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weightof cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound with cement mortar, red oxide, etc., complete complying with std. Specifications.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification - TNBP No:66-A

Painting with two coats of Approved colour of best quality synthetic enamel paint, painting over new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per Standard specification. (New Iron Surface).TNBP No:66&66-A

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design, doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and erecting of pull and push type Steel Rolling Shutter of size 1.20mx2.10 m with ISI make using 18 GI sheet and painted with one coat of best quality of red oxide primer inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc. complete(PWD SOR M-0401)

Supply and fixing in position best approved quality and make white glazed earthen ware oriya type Indian water closet with P or S trap embedding the closest and trap to shape in position with brick jelly lime concrete using 40 mm broken brick jelly and finishing the top to required slope and including giving connections without and leakage etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications

Supply and Fixing of Cuddapah slab of 38/40 mm thick for Shelf arrangements including cost and conveyace of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / fan Point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) (SD No:25)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point (SD No:38)

Supply and fixing of Energy Efficient Ceiling Fan 1200 mm complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1 meter down rod on the existing clamp etc complete as per std sepcification.connection mains (SD No.106)
