Earth work excavation in trenches for pipes, cables by manual/Mechanical means in all kinds of soil, ordinary/Macadam/ Tar cut/soft rock, muck/cement concrete etc & in all conditions of saturation for required width & depth as directed by Eng. in-charge as per site requirement, incl. dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, site clearance, incl. dewatering, if required (complete job).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. Layer not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Clearing jungle including of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees & saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Dismantling of C.I Sluice Vavle including stacking of useful materials with a lead of 50 meter.

Repairs/restoration to the damaged 3-Phase of various capacities of horizontal pumping units by way of disconnecting the power supply connections of Motor then dismantling of Motor from the base frame. The job includes dismantling of Motor assembly and then extracting the damaged/burnt stator coils from the stator coils from the stator slots using proper tools and takles avoiding damage to the shtator core. The job includes inserting proper insulation in all slots & then complete rewinding of 3-Phase Motors in copper wire insulated having specific size and guage of superior quality and same within the existing power meters. The job shall further include registration of Motors on the frame and then re-coupling of pump Motor & then completing the electric connections. The job includes cost on account of skilled man power, involved, tools, tackles besides all sorts of carriage involved complete. The unserviceable material obtained may returned to Div. Store under proper R/I.

Repairs to horizontal pumping unit by way of repairs/replacement of worn out parts, dismantling of pump and reassembling after conducting the necessary repairs, greasing ,all sorts of carriages, leads and lifts and successful testing of the pumping unit on full load. The rate includes rebate on old scrape to be retained by the contract agency.

Removal of chocked/exhausted filter media (sand and gravel) from filter beds, including cleaning, washing /grading by sieves and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads and lifts as per directives of Engineer in-charge complete. The item includes rubbing and cleaning of surface of dirt, dust caused due to process and keep the cleanness of the plant.

Laying and shrouding of serviceable filter media i.e Sand/Gravel and placing in position in filter beds with equal distribution as per specifications including all leads and lifts complete.

Supply/laying and shrouding of filter media (sand and gravel) in filter beds with equal distribution of materials like sand and gravel to prevent entering the under drains from sand and to ensure uniform distribution of wash water. The gravel should accomplished both purposes without being displaced by raising wash water, size of gravel vary from 6mm to 50mm as per specification. The filter gravel shall be sieve into four or more size, grades, sieve being placed with the coarse sand on top and first at bottom, free from all dirt and dust including all leads and lifts and carriages complete.

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins /rafters/posts/ post-plates or like components including cost of screws etc. complete First class Budloo/Fir wood. Including all sorts of carriages. Complete.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Manufacturing, Fabricating, providing, fixing of M.S fittings viz bends, Tees, double collars, tail pieces of suitable degrees to be fabricated from 6mm/8mm thick M.S plate as per the requirement of site. This item also includes insertion of lead, spun yarn & wooden pegs including welding charges. The work should be leak proof and should be painted with anticorrosive Red oxide primer complete. The job is to be paid in fitted and finished form and is to be carried out as per the directions of site in charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications

Construction of Bund at Head works or across Nallah by way of laying of earth/sand filled bags including cost of sewing, handling charges and all sorts of carriages involved.

De-silting of SRs, PSTs, Flocculator, open drains by way of clearance of silt by washout or by manual means including charges of all tools and tackles involved. The job includes cleaning of walls, beds by way of scrapping with wire brushes and washing of walls. The job includes disposal of silt with in 100 mtrs lead incl. all leads & lifts complete and is to be carried out as per the directions of site in-charge.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Unloading, stacking charges of chemicals viz Bleaching Powder, Alumina Ferric, L-PAC or chlorine gas cylinders by mechanically /manual means at various Plants. The job is to be carried out as per the directions of site in-charge.

Repairs to manually operated winch gates by way of replacement of wornout channels, M.S.Gate bearings including dismantling and refixing. The job is to be carried out under supervision of site in-charge,
