Construction of 1st floor Four Additional RCC Classrooms Building at M.N High School Pattamundai for the year 2025-26.

Dismantling and removing RCC Columns, beams, slabs, staircase, landing, lintel, etc. including stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 M lead including cost, conveyance and cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in Position RCC M-20 grade including cost of Centering and shuttering using 20mm and down grade size black hard granite (Crusher Broken) chips of approved quality from approved quary including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement. i) Column and Beam

Cutting, Straightening, coiled or bent up MS Rod of TOR steel using SAIL / RINL / TATA / JINDAL / SHYAM Steel including bending, binding,welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work and hoisting, lowering laying icluding cost, conveyance, taxes of MS rod or TOR steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending,binding and tying the grills etc. complete.

Providing Fly-Ash Brick masonry work in Superstructure using Fly-Ash Bricks of size 250mm x 120mm x80mm having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Sqcm in cement mortar (1:6) including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, royalties, labour cess, scaffolding, curing for required period, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats with proper plumbs and level including the cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading and unloading, labour cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering and curing, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats with proper plumbs and level including the cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading and unloading, labour cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering and curing, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
