Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying of under ground cable foundation of pole and stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtrs wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for each additional 1.5 meter or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr for laying of under ground cable, foundation of pole and stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying DWC high density polythelene pipes having dia 63/50 mm, innder dia as per site requirement in place of cable cover having corrugation on the wall and plain surfaces on the inner wall conforming to IS-14930 (Part-I & II) for protection of under ground cable laid along pole / along wall / in PCC / GL roof and icnluding all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC of 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling of foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC of 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling of foundations of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC of 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling of foundations of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable LT / UG cable from trenches of size 6 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches or passing through pipe XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10 above but size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0 meter below the road surface with the help of mechanical / manual means including insersion of light grade GI tubing not exc. 80 mm bore (dia) for passing UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 40 mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fittings laid acroos road in trenches or across PCC drain, along electric pole or floor / wall for cable protection with suitable size of MS clamps and nut and bolts / washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 25 mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fittings laid across road, in trenches or across PCC drain along electric pole or floor / wall for cable protection with suitable size of MS clamps and nut and bolts / washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly into the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plaste not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work, PCC chamber and cover, watering pipe, funnel wire mesh but without earth lead proection pipe and test on completion after dismantling unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with base insulators and screws etc fixed on wall / floor for extension of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable feeder pillar box including disconnection from different sites complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of out door type feeder pillar box floor mounted made out from 3.15 mm thick MS sheet (CPRI type tested) with canopy type roof, over all size 0.75 x 0.60 x 0.30 m front operated two part hinged doors with locking arrangement comprising of aluminium bus bar suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply mounted including provision of incommer MCCB - 01 No on suitable bus bar insulators, 200 Amps rating suitably drilled and tapped for bolts with openable two part front and rear shutter with heat strinkable PVC sleeving having RYB-B colour code drilling holes for connection of incoming and outgoing cable complete powder coated painting testing and installation on PCC / brick foundation, connection of cable with suitable alumnium lugs all as specified and directed. Note :- MCCB will be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement MCCB 350 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal magnetic release with spreader link on both sides with existing size and make as suitable to fit in the existing LT FPB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal magnetic release with spreader link on both sides with existing size and make as suitable to fit in the existing LT FPB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal magnetic release with spreader link on both sides with existing size and make as suitable to fit in the existing LT FPB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal magnetic release with spreader link on both sides with existing size and make as suitable to fit in the existing LT FPB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L straight throught joints (epoxy) for LT undergound cable including joint kits suitable for aluminium conductor cable 95 core 35 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L outdoor LT END termination heat shrink kits for LT underground cable suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm (3.5 /4C) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and dismantling of existing serviceable under ground cable of size 6 sqmm to 120 sqmm 2/4 core from LT panel / FPB and taking out cable / cable loop from underground by excavation of soft / loose soil and insertion of heat shrinkable PVC colour sleeves on cable cores and crimping of suitable size aluminium cable lugs as required and refixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long complete al las specified and shown on drawings including the followings :- (a) Painting of poles externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto height of 1.5 m above plinth block. (b) Painting of coping shall be cement bases paint complete all as directed. (c) Embedded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All other connected work shall be measured and paid on this account. (ii) Earth work and PCC will be paid and measured and paid separately.

Taking out and dismantling old unserviceable 9 mtr long PSC/ PCC/ steel pole complete all as specified and directed.
