Amount

Provision for erection and dismantling scaffolding with bamboos and coir string for uprooting trees and execution of minor conservation work including stacking the scaffolding material at proper place on the site. (Note: only 30% bamboos will be purchased and same will be used for complete work).

Provision for uprooting of trees from the spire of the monument and repairing the same as per original after application of tree killer etc. complete.

Provision for scrapping/cleaning and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Provision for finishing the temple will of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (Brick Colour). Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10sqm) on existing surface.

Provision for interior wall painting of the temple. Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Provision for earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge, in all kinds of soil for excavation of the soak pit to drain out the Garbha Griha Jal.

Provision for fixing of underground PVC pipe (100mm) in slope for proper drainage of the Garbha Griha Jal including earth work, base concrete in 1:5:10 etc. complete.

Provision for filling the soak pit with broken brick bats.

Provision for filling earth in the front courtyard including watering, ramming etc. complete up to full compaction.
