REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF ROOF, PLASTER, JOINERY, SUNKEN TREATMENT, PLUMBING AND ALLIED WORKS AT RAINA PARK, GURBACHAN SINGH ENCLAVE, DOGRA FARM, CEMETARY LINE AND ROORKEE ROAD ACCN AND OTHER ADJACENT AREA UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

Attending complaints related to plumbing/water supply and obtaining completion from user including minor repair such as replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts/unions/sockets/PVC connection etc and making water supply functional in case of blockage, refixing of GI pipe joints, application of white cement where required, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (I )Only experienced 01 Nos plumber shall be used to attend day to day complaints for above mentioned complaint shall be issued under respective item. (II) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints at 0830hrs from complaint cell of AGE B/R-II and the complaints shall be attended / make good/rectified within 24hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700hrs every day to complaint cell. On failure of the same a penalty of Rs 250/- per day per complaints shall be charged.

Attending complaints related to carpenter work and obtaining completion from user including repair/easing of doors re-fixing or tightening of doors, windows, resecuring of door/window wire guage, (fixing only) builders hardwares, helical door spring including use of all types of nails, screws etc which are required to make good the work, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (I)Only experienced 1 Nos carpenter shall be used to attend day to day complaints for above mentioned complaint shall be issued under respective item. (II) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints at 0830hrs from complaint cell of AGE B/R-II and the complaints shall be attended / make good/rectified within 24hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700hrs every day to complaint cell. Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but n. exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe - 290 (Gde E- 165) for Framed work as in doors , chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, support to velley gutters, winties for roof sheets, framing for monkey proofing, welded mesh, support to sign board & fencing post, etc as specified to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel windows with pressed steel frame made out of 1.25mm thick steel with one or more rebate with glazed shutters and fly proofing shutters including guard bars, hinges, peg stay, handles, tower bolts, lugs including treated with for or coat tar black paint on steel surface in contact/embeded in concrete/masonry work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium windows sliding type (3 shutter type) with sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/M (Minimum) including stainless steel mosquito proofing wire mesh fixed with, clips, frame, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, neoprene rubber gasket with aluminium beading screws suitable anodised fittings such as hinges, handles including powder coated anodised aluminium frame, grill with one or more rebates including supply and fixing 4.8mm thick plain glass complete all as specified and directed.
