Dismantling of 5 ton EOT Crane with the help of hydraulic lifters and heavy labour at site. Alignment of gantry girders and square bar with the help of counter plates hydraulic straightening machines and heavy labour at site. Repairing of gantry wheels with complete CNC Job along with its pinion with Lathe job. Replacement of main load drum of material EN 9 ( Through hard material) with turning and cutting of counter plates at the end carriages and making grooves with the help of Lathe machine Load Drum is a seamless pipe of material EN-9 which is through hard material tempered and shot blasted for the complete hardness. Replacement of double disc screw brake of size 350 mm 6 coils along with shoe brake and pads. Replacement or wire rope for the complete lift trailing for the complete lift. (4falls). Replacement of complete panel, replacement of Contactors 25 amp, relay, Transformer 200BA, limit switch, isolator switch, Main cable, Guide wire rope with proper securing of cable, cable connectors, DBR , Rectifier , oil relay etc. Repairing of Long travel gear box and motor. (including all other left spares/ parts required for repair/ renovation of the crane as per site requirement).

Complete painting, welding, turning, alignment of the Crane along with Gantry girders and main drum shaft with its bush and threaded guide pinion with drop, ‘C’ counter guides with G.M. bushes and keys and balancing the drum with the counter gears, re-assembling it with the help of heavy labour and testing it on load for NB-6 as per site requirement.
