Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors etc and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type-D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass conc. and sub base and base of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chargre.

M&L for 25mm thick (1:2:4) Type-B-1 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in level course of flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chargre.

M&L non skid / anti skid ceramic tiles coloured pattern as required of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including dismantling of tiles and laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L non skid ceramic tiles coloured pattern as required of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including dismantling of tiles and laid over15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L non skid ceramic tiles coloured pattern as required of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including dismantling of tiles and laid over15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

-ditto- all as per item No.04, 05 & 06 above but on skirting over with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles coloured pattern as required 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matches with and including dismantling of tiles and laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

-ditto- all as per item No. 8 above but on skirting over with and including dismantling of tiles and laid over including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured, designer & pattern (dark & light shade combination) tiles in 350x250x7 or 450x350x7 or 450 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
