Taking down and M & L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through new PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked and all conduit accessories concealed in walls/ceiling/fixed to roof/truss/columns etc and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuty, fabricated branded modular metal flush box duly make embossed, concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate for housing switches , socket out let and fan regulators etc, complete all as specified and as directed for the followings:-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one by one way switch ( switch to be measured and paid separtely)

(b) One 5 pin socket outlet 5 hole 5 Amp independent including PVC unsheathed copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm cable as earth wire connected to common earth and to earth dully socket & switches to be measured and paid separately.

Taking down and one power point with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed copper conductor 4 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire connected to dolly complete (socket and switches to be measured and paid separately) Note for Item 5 & 6 : (i) In case the wiring is encountered with any beam/column, then the wiring will run on PVC casing/caping to avoid any damage to the RCC portion. (ii) No cutting shall be done in the roof for laying PVC conduit for ceiling fan point wiring, in this specified portion wires shall run through the surface new conduit shall be provided as mentioned in note (i) above. Taking down and S&F in Sub main wiring with two runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with one run of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 25 mm dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories on surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 M deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
