Renovation and retrofitting of 2X500 KLD sewage treatment plants and 1X100 KLD Effluent Treatment plant with Two Years Annual Maintenance Contract at IISc, Bangalore

Providing, supplying, installation, fixing and commissioning of Manual Chain Pulley (Chain Block) for pump lifting arrangement, complete with all required equipment, accessories, tools, consumables etc. The chain pulley shall be of 0.5 Ton WLL, single-fall, 5 m lifting height, with stainless steel SS304 load chain, forged top and bottom hooks with safety latch, factory proof tested and certified, including spares kit and 12 months warranty, and giving necessary test all complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing, supplying, installation, fixing and commissioning of manual push/pull trolley of 0.5-ton capacity, manufactured from mild steel (MS), suitable for smooth movement on ISMB/I-beam. The trolley shall be complete with wheels, bearings, side plates, axles, clamps, guide rollers, and all other necessary accessories required for mounting and operating a chain pulley block, fully assembled and supplied and giving necessary tests all complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing, supplying, installation, fixing and commissioning of manual push/pull trolley of 3-ton capacity, manufactured from mild steel (MS), suitable for smooth movement on ISMB/I-beam. The trolley shall be complete with wheels, bearings, side plates, axles, clamps, guide rollers, and all other necessary accessories required for mounting and operating a chain pulley block, fully assembled and supplied and giving necessary tests all complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing, fabricating, supplying, and installing site-fabricated coarse manual bar screen suitable for a flow of 36 m³/hr, manufactured from SS 304, with 16 mm clear bar spacing. The screen shall be complete with SS 304 manual raking handle, suitable for manual cleaning, and designed for mounting on brick masonry / RCC channel using SS anchor bolts, brackets, and all necessary fixtures. The item shall also include a compatible SS 304 manual rake with reinforced teeth, matching the screen spacing, and fitted with a 1.5 m long handle, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating, supplying, and installing site-fabricated Fine manual bar screen suitable for a flow of 36 m³/hr, manufactured from SS 304, with 6 mm clear bar spacing. The screen shall be complete with SS 304 manual raking handle, suitable for manual cleaning, and designed for mounting on brick masonry / RCC channel using SS anchor bolts, brackets, and all necessary fixtures. The item shall also include a compatible SS 304 manual rake with reinforced teeth, matching the screen spacing, and fitted with a 1.5 m long handle, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, installing, fixing, and commissioning of Automatic Rotobrush Fine Screen manufactured by Jash Engineering or approved equivalent, in SS 316 (body & frame) with SS 316/304 wedge-wire / perforated panel 2.0 mm effective slot/hole as per site requirement. for screening municipal wastewater for a 500 KLD SMBR type Sewage Treatment Plant, complete with the following accessories, consumables and services: screenings collection chute and 200 L SS collection bin with lid, washable brush assembly, rubber seals/gaskets to prevent bypass, wash-water spray pipe with 2 nos. spray nozzles and isolation valve, automatic rake/brush drive with gear/shaft couplings, motorised drive unit including IP55 TEFC electric motor with starter and control panelall as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.( The finescreen should get installed on existing structure/ foundation available at site in the avaialble space).

Providing, supplying, installing, fixing, and commissioning of a belt-type oil skimmer for a 500 KLD STP equalization tank, constructed with an SS 304 frame and PU belt. The unit shall include: Geared motor (0.18–0.5 HP, TEFC, IP55) with gear reducer for low RPM operation, Scraper/wiper assembly in SS 304 for efficient oil removal from both sides of the belt, SS 304 oil trough and 50 L collection container, Belt width: 80–100 mm, length: 5 m Complete electrical connections and all necessary accessories. The skimmer shall be suitable for continuous removal of 5–10 LPH of oil, with robust construction and all components complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, installing, fixing, testing and commissioning of a Permeate cum back-pulse pump, suitable for a service flow of 25 m³/hr to 35 m3/hr and backwash flow of 35 m³/hr at 10 m to 15 m TDH. Pump rating: 3 H.P to 5 H.P, 3-phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM complete with all accessories, connections, and as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Johnson or approved equivalent,. (The specificatin and rating of production cum backpulse pump should be suitable with the membrane manufacturer requirements for pump(if any) , existing site conditions and capacity of the plant which is 500 KLD.)

Providing, supplying, installing, fixing, and commissioning of a submersible non-clog raw sewage pump, suitable for raw sewage/wastewater handling, with the following minimum specifications: 15 HP, 4-pole, 3-phase, 380–415 V, IP68 protection; cast iron pump casing; CI/SS non-clog impeller; mechanical seal in oil chamber; SS shaft; and heavy-duty motor with F-class insulation, complete with all necessary accessories connections, and as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, installing, fixing, and commissioning of a submersible pump suitable for raw sewage/wastewater handling, with the following minimum specifications: 3.7KW/ 5 HP, of capacity 3-10m3/hr of head 15meter 4-pole, 3-phase, 380–415 V, IP68 protection; cast iron pump casing; CI/SS non-clog impeller; mechanical seal in oil chamber; SS shaft; and heavy-duty motor with F-class insulation, complete with all necessary accessories connections, and as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
