Supply Portion
Supply of Three phase , 500 KVA11/0.433 KV, AN cooled ,DYN-11, copper wound dry type cast resin distribution transformer, class F insulation with off load tap changer +5%,-5% in steps of 1.25%, with HV & LV cable box for terminating 3Cx240 Sq.mm cable on HV side and on LV side LV cable box will be suitable for terminating two/three cable of adequate size. Transformer shall be erected on plinth type foundation as per the approved design ) including all cable terminations (cost of supply & erection of cable termination will be paid separately as per item no. A3.2.2 & B.3.3), cable support, earthing of transformer body & neutral as per technical specifications (cost of GI flat 50x6mm will be separately paid), including providing & construction of pedestal type structure for mounting above transformer with pedestal of 1200mm above ground level (Qty of RCC M-25, 2.56 Cum including excavation, PCC, RCC, Reinforcement steel, Plate & bolts, Centering & Shuttering, curing & back filling of soil and all works necessary for erection complete in all respects). The plinth shall be painted with two coats approved shade of climatic resistant paint as approved by the employer with identification mark & danger board as per the practice. The structural steel of the pedestal shall be brought out at two location and connected to common earth system of the distribution substation or independently earthed.

Supply of Insulating boots for Transformer HV & LV exposed bushing for saftey & Protection purpose( Where transformer are being used with HV & LV exposed bushing terminated by HV/LV cables, the complete bushing along with termination shall be covered with the insulating boots as per technical specifications. Supply of 415V /230 V,3-phase, 4 wire and Neutral , 50 Hz, 25-10 KA/1sec LT service distribution Pillars comprising of FRP enclosure with combination of Incoming and out going feeder circuits as per the rating & configuration given in the respective SLD's & technical specification, with specified rating incoming circuit having 4- pole MCCB with all outgoings provided with U-clamp & fuse assembly sets of the ratings as specified in the SLD and as per the technical specifications. Service pillar to be used with combination of Feeder Pillars shall be complete with internal wiring. Bus bars, Link sets, power terminals of adequate size for cable terminations, indications, support channels, rain sheds, complete in all respects. The OGA & Scheme of the panel shall be as per the approved drawing. The LTservice pillar shall be for outdoor installation and shall have minimum IP55 protection class. The LT service panel shall be supplied in line with the technical specification as per the following types.

Supply of 25 mm dia GI Rod, 2500mm long with holding clamp, nuts & bolts for fixing 25x6mm GI Flat for earthing of Independent Standing Distribution Pillars & Street Light Pillars. The earthing shall be complete with earth connection with 25x6mm GI Flat as per the drawing.

Erection Portion
Storage at Site, handling at site, Installation of following equipment / items, Site testing, testing & commissioning and handing over complete with all accessories and as per Technical specification, data sheets, drawings etc. After commissioning each of this equipment will be put on trail run by the contractor for minimum of three months to ascertain satisfactory operation of the complete integrated system.

Supply including erection of 3 meter high, 75mm mesh size, wire dia 3mm , GI chain link fence for Distribution Substations and other locations as per site requirement. Chain Link Fence shall be supported on main angle support of 50x50x6mm & corner support of 50x50x6mm with support of 50x6mm GI flat (top & bottom) angle along the chain mesh edges. The supports shall be provided at every 2.5 meters grouted in PCC in a pit of adequate size & depth to avoid any damage to fence & support. The fence shall be provided with an opening/removable section not less than 1.5 mtr in length for maintenance purpose as per the approved design As per employer's approval. The fence shall be properly earthed with the substation common earthing system. The fence shall be as per the drawing. A brick toe wall up to 300MM high from ground level shall be provided along the fence for support of the fence.

The foundation shall be cast out of PCC (1:2:4) or Class " A" Brick work in 1:3 CM at minimum 1200 mm above GL as per the approved drawing. The Types & arrangement of Feeder Pillar shall be as per the attached SLD and as approved by the employer. LT Feeder Pillars of various configurations as given below shall be used in combination for different transformer capacities as per the technical specifications and site requirement. The OGA & Scheme of the FP shall be as per the approved drawing. The installation of feeder pillar shall be complete with all cable terminations ( cost of termination kits / material to be paid separately as per item no. C.1.2 ) and earthing of panel as per technical specifications ( cost of GI flat will be separately paid), including all works necessary for erection in all respects. The plinth shall be painted with two coats approved shade of climatic resistant paint as approved by the employer with identification mark & danger board as per the practice. The structural steel of the pedestal shall be brought out at two location and connected to common earth system. The work shall be completed in line with the technical specification. The following types of Feeder Pillar for various sizes of transformers are included in this package.

Dismantling Portion
Loosening of conductor jumpers, removing of jumpers and clamps, lowering of conductor on "as is where is basis" from existing HT & LT lines , winding in proper rolls with out damaging the conductor, stacking at site, fixing of ID metallic ID plate, preferably Al. ( 75 x 75mm x3mm ) and marking with permanent marker the length , type & roll serial number, watch & ward at site, transportation to identified store, unloading and segregating similar type of material for proper storage in the LPDD stores. The contractor shall be responsible to provide all equipment, machinery, normal tools & tackles, any special tools ,safety gear to workers / labours during dismantling work. ( 75 x 75mm x3mm ) and marking with permanent marker the lot no and quantity in number, watch & ward at site, transportation to identified store, unloading and segregating similar type of material for proper storage in the LPDD stores. ( 75 x 75mm x3mm ) and marking with permanent marker the length , lot no and quantity in number, watch & ward at site, transportation to identified store, unloading and segregating similar type of material for proper storage in the LPDD stores. The contractor shall be responsible to provide all equipment, machinery, normal tools & tackles, any special tools ,safety gear to workers / labours during dismantling work. All required clearances for dismantling shall be obtained before start of work. The following types of cross arms on HT & LT lines is to be dismantled

Providing support to the different type / sizes of erected poles at site with the help of jute ropes , dismantling of poles on "as is where is basis" from existing 22KV lines. Contractor will be responsible to use the best safe dismantling / handling procedure depending upon the location of pole, its surrounding , local conditions. Segregating , stacking at site, watch & ward at site, transportation to identified store site, unloading and segregating similar type of material for proper storage in the LPDD stores. The contractor shall be responsible to provide all equipment, machinery, normal tools & tackles, any special tools ,ropes, guys, shackles, pulleys, safety gear to workers / labours during dismantling work. All required clearances for dismantling shall be obtained before start of work. The following types of poles of HT & LT lines is to be dismantled.

The contractor shall be responsible to provide all equipment, machinery, normal tools & tackles, any special tools, safety gear to workers/ labours during dismantling work.
