Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone/ concrete wall including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area exc 1.50 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore existing steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down 20mm bore existing steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth; for foundations, laying of pipes, cables etc. or for shafts, manholes, pits not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil (Soft/loose/hard/dense) all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil to distance exc 250m and not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC, 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 25mm (Average) thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates for filling depressions of roof surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC, 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in window or door cills, steps, string courses, copings, apex stones, bed plates, pintle blocks, etc. with plain fair faces including necessary formwork, chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar small articles including forms moulds, finishing with plain fair surfaces and set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L in repairs, for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet, comprising with the following treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish n exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note: Water proofing compount shall be measured & paid seperatly.

Supply only water proofing compound complete, ISI mark all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and any size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M -35 grade with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surface/ concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick surface/ concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls including removing nails, making good holes and cracks etc brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any tint over one coat of exterior acrylic primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For item No 33 & 34 : The cost of scaffolding, safety measures etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete on walls and ceilings, concealed in wall or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 15mm bore, with and including provision of new fittings (connections) in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc), concealed in wall complete all as specified and as directed.
