Supply and fix ceiling fans without remote control AC single phase 230/240 of size 1200 mm sweep ,Min air delivery 210 CMM with service value 6.00 BEE, 5 star rated with Brushless Direct Current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed. Note: No advance payment against material laying at site shall be paid for the ceiling fan and condition of IAFW-2249, (General Conditions of Contracts) shall be amended accordingly.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with FRLS single core PVC insulated cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through in existing PVC conduit, all accessories ie PVC gutties etc terminated in sunken / pressed metal flush box and white modular cover plate with frame for mounting of switches / sockets / fan regulators etc and continous earth wire 1.5 sqmm copper cable PVC insulated FRLS controlled by one switch for one light/ fan/ sockets point / all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches / sockets &MCB'S in DB'S without any extra cost (ii) Electric rewiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e Red for Phase , Black for Neutral and Green for Earth.

Supply & fix exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 230 mm sweep, BEE, with louver including fixing the fan with all connecting accessories and making electric connection from C/rose complete all as specified and directed Notes: The quoted rate shall include provision of following (i) Cutting into existing brick work of required size (as approved by Engineer-in Charge) at any height of not exc. 12.0 mtrs from Ground Level. (ii) Cement plastering the disturbed brick work from inside, outside the through opening surfaces in cement mortar of 1:4 (iii) Finishing the plastered surfaces with wall care putty with 1.5 to 2.5mm thickness all around 500mm on all sides of the opening. (iv) Applying two coats of finishes as per existing specifications (interior and exterior grade) a coat of primer for internal and external surfaces respectively maximum upto 2 all around 500mm an all sides of the opening including taking down if any. (v) Before fixing of exaust fan/ louvers, the Engr-in Charge shall approve the finishing of the opening for the same. (vi). No advance payment against material laying at site shall be paid for the exhaust fan and condition of IAFW-2249, (General Conditions of Contracts) shall be amended accordingly. (vii) Fixing of Exhaust fan on wall with suitable size anchor bolt, making hole in wall for grouting and making good the disturbed surface including plaster work shall be part of job at no extra cost.

Material and labour for ceiling rose surface type,65 mm x 50 mm two to three terminals / PVC / Polycarbonate , isolated body complete all specified and as directed.
