SPECIAL REPAIR TO CERTAIN INTERNAL ROADS AT WESTERN COMPLEX OF MCTE UNDER GE MCTE MHOW

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes, levelling,cutting with scraper for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bituminous primer using paving bitumen at the rate of 5 Kg/10Sqm on black top surface and applying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30, mixed by using hot mix plant and laid with Mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibratory /pneumatic /tandom power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1 : Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus side adopted. (b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note 2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only) (iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles,interlocking paver block of any description or thickness as in floors, approns , path etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting in out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for providing precast cement concrete kerb blocks (factory made),solid,cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth and jointed in cement mortar 1:3 stuck finished including necessary earth work and making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum / red bajari filling in floors or paving sand berms laying in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, watering and rammed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick soling (consolidated thickness) (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surfaced formed and spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient & camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick (consolidated thickness) compacted water bound macadam (WBM),with coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with 8-12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

Preparing surfaces of newly WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen at the rate of 10 kg / 10 sqm over WBM surfaces and applying premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 6% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 40 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed. (Note: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shell be done by using mechanical paver only)

M&L for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block (glossy finished) any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment laid dry & joints filled over and including 40 mm thick crusher dust cusions complete all as specified and and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), with using 4% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration, mixed by using hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using vibratory /penumatic/tandem power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggraegate as in sub base filling, path, paving, hardstanding etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for marking lines,dashes,arrows,letter etc 15 CM wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area conferming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.00 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Solar stud model No DA-110 size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm complete all as specified and directed. (Make- DARK EYE INFRASTRUCTURE/3M/Solar stud).

S&F in repair Solar delinator made of polycarbonate and ADS Body. The delinator is mounted on steel pipe of height 1000mm and outer dia of 50 mm with an anti wire mesh provided over it for extra protection both the pipes and the wire are fully powder coated Height-165 mm, dia-95 mm. Delinator area 90 x 90 mm. comprises of super bright LEDs which gives 360 degrees viewing. Solar Panel-2.5 V, 120 MM (Approx) 1.25 V rechargable battery-01 Nos. (Make-Dark Eye/3M/Sun eyes).

S&F retro reflective sign board of size 1200 mm x 900 mm with writing letters (as required) on board and made by 4 mm thick amuminium composite panel sheet finished of size as requried with high intensity prismatic reflecting tape on both side duly framed on 60 mm dia and 25 mm dia stainless steel frame of 304 grade, post of height 2.60mm from GL with 16 gauge steel duly fitted with round globe on top of 2.60 m height and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 in ground upto 60 cm depth and necessary earth work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as soecified and directed.

S&F in repair 500 mm to 1000 mm dia Convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50 dia pipe medium grade ISI mark (height of pipe not less than 1.2 m from ground level) & embeded in post holes size (200mm x 200 mm x 400 mm) in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (including necessary earth work & excavation, RFR complete all as specified and directed).
