Taking down cement plastering on concrete walls incl taking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary including all necessary arches, pillars, quions etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concretre unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm readed stone aggregate) as in coping /kerb etc including necessay form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m radious in CM 1:6 as in brick work/brick pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Nothing shall be paid extra to the contractor for head load being no carriage way available at site.

M & L for preparing new surfaces (plastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single stack in any length as in weepholes of retaining wall/compound wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for mild steel conforming to grade Fe-165 (Fe-290) angle post or struts in fencing fixed independently including cutting and bending to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
