Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving exceeding 15cm thickness but above above ground floors complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided complete.as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out jopints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Trellis work (jafri), including taking as under of battens of trellis (posts and rails measured separately)

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base in floors and paving ,laid in panels and finished even & fair compete.

M&L 60mm thick factory made coloured glazed precast concrete interlocking paver block of grade M-35 confirming to IS 15658-2006 manufactured by vibratory process laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 80mm thick factory made colored glazed precast concrete interlocking paver block of grade M-40 confirming to IS 15658-2006 manufactured by vibratory process laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness ,M-40 Grade using grey cement and pigment vibratory process laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed. complete .

M&L for sand filling under floors, cushning under interlocking tiles or in foundations incl watering and consolidations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 cement concrete type C-1using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channles and drains and inside the manhole finished the surface of even and fair complete .

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12mm graded stone aggregate in coping or roof kerbs ,rounded or chamfered on edges and kerb stone including necessary form work complete .

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, , finished even and smooth using extra cement , laid in panels including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in mass filling foundation .

M&L for pre cast RCC jali 35mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate set and jointed in CM 1:6 incl dismentling of old jali all as specified.

Add extra for forming fair finished drain or channel exc. 30cm inner girth in cement concrte using extra cement including forms ,moulds ,mitred /stopped ends etc complete for each 25mm girth or part therof over 30cm .

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in loose/ soft soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exeeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete.

M&L for Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete.
