M&L Cleaning of surface with water using pressure washer machine, fill the crack with acrylic based textured cack filler and applying two coats of modified first quality acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved shade having silicon additives complete all as per manufacturers instructions,as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The contractor shall furnish 5 years performance warranty as per manufacturer of paint (ii) The work should be done by a company recommended applicator and he should be able to furnish stage wise on site technical reports from the concerned complany technologist as approved by GE.

M&L Vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) including demolition of existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Nnon-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 and demolition of existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12 mm thickness toughened glass factory made frosted with as in door/ wall partition including providing and fixing of top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangements & necessary holes & making good & required hinges, SS 304 grade handles, door/floor spring etc and including all necesaary fittings complete all as specified.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick prelaminated PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edge for fixing on solid PVC wall lining, insulated PVC wall lining and Solid PVC Partitions inclusive of Solvent cement and fixing at site including reving of existing sheet if any complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing Only Ceiling Mounted Easy Dry Cloth Stand,assembling and installation with the required accessories complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The ceiling monted easy dry cloth stand along with required accessorie will be issued by AGE B/R No.2 and the same shall be collected by the tenderer before installation at site as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and cement mortar screed in existing roof including scrapping out old treatment/ bitumen etc. The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projections, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive new water proofing treatment and removal of rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 500m and not exc 1.5 Km complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not therwise specifically provided for including removing debris beyond the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in leveling course on roof slab including finishing the surface of concrete even and fair to receive screed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab with the following specifications below including testing,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on roof slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished even and fair. (b) On the dried plastered surface, Apply one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm. (c) On this primered surface, APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/sqm with plain finish shall be laid by torch application method. (d) Apply a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm. (e) The overlap while torching shall be at least 100mm at the longitudinal edges and 150mm at the ends. (f) The entire treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions through authorised applicator as approved by Engr-in-charge.
