Providing reinforced cement concrete cast-in-situ bored piles of 500mm diametre in VRCC using M35 (Design mix) using 20mm ISS HBG graded metal with minimum cement content of 400 kg. per cum. maximum water cement ratio of 0.4 and slump of 150-200 mm by tremie concreting including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and const of cement at site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel and placing it in position before concreting, setting up of piling equipment, shifting the same from one pile location to another pile location, dismantling and including all labour for boring through all soils, leading the excavated earth to a distance of 200m including forming of working platform over the river bed for accomodation piling equipment, forming approaches to the working platform, mixing concrete, filing it position by tremie pipe, cutting the pile head to cut-off level for casting pile cap, including diversion of water course if necessary, forming and maintaining protective bunds and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications, forming and maintaining protective bunds and all other incidental charges etc., complete for PILES.

Earth work excavation for foundation with all intial leads and lifts in SDR all soils and sub soils and to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick well consolidated depositing the surplus earth in places shown and levelling the site with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects.

Cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix 1:2:4) using 40 mm ISS graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of cement at site including soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete tools and plants and incidental charges such as baling out water, maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for LEVELLING COURSE BELOW PILE CAP.

Providing and laying the READY MIX CONCRETE of M 30 Grade using Ordinary Portland Cement water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 including the use of plastixer of approved make and dosage of required grade, laying in position at all locations and levels using 20mm size and down graded ISS HBG aggregates in all types of works, cost of sand of approved quality including hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required location, machine vibrating, pumping, curing, providing fixtures like fan clamps etc., as required excluding cost of reinforcement and fabrication charges, centering and shuttering, mix details to get approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system as per IS 456 / 2000 wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete in all respects (All floors)

Plain Cement Concrete of M25 grade (One of cement, four of sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 20mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, structting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and techincal specificaion for Pilecap, piles and pedestals.

Supplying and fabricating and fixing in position of ISMB, RSJ, ISMC, Stanchions, Stariway girders, floor beams, ISA cantilever, trusses, welded purlins, facia angles, brackets, bracings, stools, clamps, cleats, gussets etc., as required for new steel type platform shelters foot over bridges as per approved drawings including loading, leading, unloading and stacking at site of work without infringements with lead and lifts etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(on DOD list all labour, material, tools and plants, consumables, electrodes, welding, machineries, bolts, nuts, washers etc.,) (Including welding charges)

Supplying and fabricating and fixing in position Tensile Roofing with Fabric of 750 GSM with Yarn strength 1100 Dtx, tensile strength of 280/280 DAN/5CM, B-S2 euro class, light transmission 13%, Flame retardancy M2/NFP 92-507. including MS structure with installation with painting, scaffolding, neat finishing etc., Complete.

Supplying and fixing of Stainless Steel safty sheet 2mm thick and grill of approved design for grill gate, grill work to doors and windows openings ramp etc., using necessary Stainles Steel Tube and flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of stainless steel hand rails using 50mm dia 304 Grade pipe on Top, 20mm dia pipes for horizontally 3 lines and 32mm dia pipes for intermediate posts at an interval of 105cm to 120cm and including fabrication, errection, tie welding and polishing etc., for staircase steps complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of aluminium paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Picking the existing BT surface upto 50 mm depth as directed by the departmental officers including all labour charges for picking and removing the debris away from the road including all tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges etc., complete (3.15)

Earthwork excavatoin, removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of roadway and side drains in accordance with specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer for boxing as per MORT&H rev. IV clause 301

Providing GSB Gr III using materials as per clause 401.2.1 Viz sand, moorum,gravel, crushed stone, individuals or combination thereof which satisfied the grading as per table 401.1 and satisfied the physical standards given in clause 401.2.2 including cost and conveyance of earth, all materials and hire and machinery charges of tools and plants employed and all other incidential charges as per MoRTH revision IV ( mix in plant method ) as per MORT&H rev. IV clause 401.2.1.

Providing and laying of WMM of 250 mm compacted thickness in 2 layers of 125 mm thick or else as specified on the prepared sub base with graded stone aggregate and granular material of quality size and grading and pasting in layers with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 80 - 100 KN static weight and fine dressing for required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing equipments safety measres testing and incidentals neccessary to complete the work as per MORT&H rev. IV clause 401.

Filling sand in foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, Complying to the required standard and specifications including labour for laying,watering, and compacting charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete FOR Below FOUNDATION MORT & H 1000,1500,1700,2908 (Commondata, Bridge data Sl.no. 117)

Providing and laying approved brand/make 60mm thick cement coloured paving blocks M40 grade over a bed of 10mm thick well compacted M. sand bed laid over well prepared sub base to the required line and level including all materials,labour,machinery, transportation etc paving b;ocks should have chamfered top edges of not less than 4mm and shall be laid and interlocked with a minimum of 2mm gap in turn packed with river sand, compacting with plate vibrator etc complete.

Providing and laying of Prime coat over WMM surface using 6 kgs of Bituminuous Emulsion SS-I Grade for 10 sqm . including cost of Emulsion at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of Emulsion as Prime coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per MORT&H rev. IV clause 406.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface treated with prime coat using 2.5 kgs of Bituminour Emulsion RS - I for 10 sqm . including cost of Emulsion at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of Emulsion as Tack coat by Emulsion sprayer etc., complete as per MORT&H rev. IV clause 502

Providing,and laying,Dense Bituminous Macadam(DBM)60mm Grading II thick using pavoursafter repairsto cracks and pot holes filling,mixed in hot mix plant of drum type using paving bitumen 60/70 penatration grade as per IS ;73 and percentage of bitumen shall be 3.5% by weight of total mixand aggregate shall confirm to grading 2 of Table 500-4 of clause 504 of MORT&H specifications and as directed by the engineer

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete Grading II with 100 - 120 THP hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 to 5.6% by weight of total mix and filler, trnsporting the hot mix to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to acheieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MORT & H specifications complete in all respects

Providing and laying Gravel for making of berms including cost and conveyance of gravel including labour charges for spreading,hire and fuel charges for all T & P employed etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Vibrated Cement Concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40mm ISS size HBG metal and m-sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement, centering, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete , working at depths , tools and plants employed and maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications as directed by the Engineer for as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 900, 1000, 1500, 1700, 2100 (Below Sill Level)

Vibrated Cement Concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40mm ISS size HBG metal and m-sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement, centering, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete , working at depths , tools and plants employed and maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications as directed by the Engineer for as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 900, 1000, 1500, 1700, 2100 (Above Sill Level)

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces, including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge of work and in accordance with MoRT&H technical specifications clause No.803

Providing and and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm, area thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Earthwork excavation for foundation of structures as per drawings and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material including cost of dewatering

Plain cement concrete M 15 [1:2:4 nominal mix] in foundation with crushed stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibrator including curing for 14 days.as per MORT&H Specification clause 1500,1700,2100.

Reinforced Cement concrete M25 nominal mix for superstructure with crushed stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in substructure and compacted by vibrator including curing for 14 days for coverslab of Drain.

Supply and fabrication of S-500 steel required for all RCC item of works involved in the shedule ,cost of steel at site ,fabrication labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening ,cutting ,bending tying grills ,including overlapping to the required lenght wherever necessary and placing the reinforcements in position as specified in the drawings ,including cost of bindoing wire ,provision of spacer bars,cover blocks and all other incidental charges (Sub-Structure)

Vibrated Cement concrete of grade M25 (Design mix) using 25mm & 6mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site cost and cost of cement at site4 but excluding cost and fabrication of steel including cost of formwork soft water labour charges for mixing transporting laying curing concrete,, working at heights soft water hire charges for complete as per 1500, 1600, 1700, 1900 & 2200 of MoRT&H revision of relecant standard specification for providing FRP perforated heavy duty manhole cover with 900mmm dia at 10m interval for drain cover slab.

Providing fixing and erecting 50mm dia steel pipe railing in 3 rows duly painted on medium weight steel channels 100mm x 50mm, 1.2m hieght above ground 2m center to center, complete as per approved drawings. Railing near to the footpath

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and fixing unidirectional reflective pavement marker (RPM) or road studs bonded to or anchored within the road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility with plastic body of RPM / road studs moulded from ASA ( Acrylic strene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High - impact polystyrene). The marker shall support a load of 13635Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or duel prismatic cube capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Lenses shall be moulded of methyl methacrylate conforming to ASTM D 788 or equivalent etc. complete ( As per Technical specification of NHAI clause A-8)

Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, Mandatory and informatory signs as per IRC 67-2001 made of High intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm 75mm 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade CC of 45x45x60 cm, 60 cm below ground level etc., complete ( as per MORTH specification No 801 )

Supply and fixing of deliniators ,the reflector made of resin having valuable reflection area, reflection frame made up of specialised extruded aluiminium alloy of length 320mm width 108mm anchor bolt T840, lence colour yellow, total length of ABS stay/holder width 56mm length 81mm 5 nos of lence distance between lenses is 56mm

Supplying of solar power blinker:including solar panel 60wp ,solar LED blinker with 300mm dia (LED-192nos)-colour charge controller-12V/5A,SMF40AH/12V battery,visible distance-1000m,24 hoursoperation,battery enclousure,panel mounting structure,mounting brackets and other accessories,single pole height 17 feet and 4" dia,civil works:(including land leveling,cleaning and digging pits & concretre post grounding) Erection and commissioning work:pole erection and leveling of pole,testing and connection of batters,charger controller and solar panel wiring work., complete as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and Fixing of Retro - Reflectorised Hazard Marker Traffic sign made out of High intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to of IRC-67:2012 and ASTM D 4956 -09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mmx3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75X75X6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m below ground level. the sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for saatifactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro - Reflection as per sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Rero-Reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7year warranty issed for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012.
