| 1.00Installation of Vertical Bored cast in situ RCC piles of following diameter in all types of soils, using Standardised Concrete Mix of following grade, with sulphate resistant Cement or OPC/PPC, etc and Crushed Stone Sand and 20mm and down graded HBGS jelly coarse aggregate. The rate includes cost for placing of reinforcement cage in bore hole in correct position, cost of boring to the required depth with Bentonite solution with temprory casing of required length, conveyance of RMC to site and pouring concrete using Tremine pipes, conveyance of all materials to the site including all tools and plants, shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another, excavtion of mud pits for circulation of Bentonite soultion, closing the mud pits to original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismantling the concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the departmental officers including socketing. The reinforcement cage should be welded properly for lifting. The concrete cubes to be tested as per IS 456- 2000. Acceptance criteria by clause 16.1. Frequency of testing as per 15.2.2. Testing to be conducted at both the ends at site as well as RMC plant. Pile driving depth should be decided by the departmental officers at site. | 5.00 | Providing Pre construction Anti termite treatment for the building including all chemicals as per standard specifications.
