Electrification Work

Following works are to be carried out under the jurisdiction of EE EDD Robertsganj

Repairing of damaged/rusted round poles, firstly by caging with cement concrete mixture of ratio 1:4:8 and M.S. Rod of 5/8” dia 2.5 Mtr. long 2 Nos. and then by welding 4 Nos. 50x6 mm Angle Iron as per site requirement at an interval of 90 degree along with making plinth around the pole by providing all labour, material and T & P.

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthings of 8.5/9/11 Mtr long STP in place of damaged/unrepaired STP of 11 KV/ L.T. Line with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like one no. cross arm, one no. guarding angle, grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone, grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. With cement sand & bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthing material will be arranged by the contractor).

Grouting of 8.5/9/11 Mtr. long damaged/unrepaired Single support STP with ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone, grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. With cement sand & bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthing material will be arranged by the contractor).

Dismantling of old LT/HT supports 8.5/9/11 mtr long STP along with all accessories on pole such as Pin Insulator, Disc Insulator/ Fitting, Cross Arms, M.S. Channels etc. and carriage of poles etc. from site to store Robertsganj/Power House .

Replacement of Damaged LT distribution box tailess unit with new one & making proper incoming & outgoing LT connection.

Erection, grouting & earthings of 8.5 Mtr long PCC Pole in place of damaged/unrepaired PCC Pole of 11 KV/ L.T. Line with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like one no. cross arm, one no. guarding angle, grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone, grit & coarse sand. (Grouting & plinthing material will be arranged by the contractor).

Grouting of 8.5 Mtr. long damaged/unrepaired Single support PCC Pole with ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone, grit & coarse sand should be done properly (Grouting & plinthing material will be arranged by the contractor).

Line Maintenance works.

Opening of binding on each pole of loose L.T. Line and Tightening of loose conductor on insulator complete in all respect.

Opening of binding on each pole of 11 KV line and tightening of loose 11 KV line conductor on insulator complete in all respect of 33 KV Line.

Replacing damaged guarding of HT/LT lines by making New Guard for maintaining proper gap between phase and ground.

Fixing stay insulator in stay wire where stay insulator not fitted earlier/damaged

Providing and fixing of strips/spacer in LT line for maintaining proper gap.

Erection/ Repairing/ of earthing using G.I. wire and earthing rod separately body and neutral for DT' 63 KVA & above.

Cutting of tree branches all along the route of 11 KV, LT O/H line, which may obstruct the line.

Repairing of T/F Plinth

Carriage of Transformer Trolley/ Tractor Trolley, opening of HT & LT connection from existing T/F shifting of 11/.4 KV 630/400/250 KVA T/F from existing damaged plinth to mobile trolley/ Tractor Trolley re-energize the T/F on mobile trolley/Tractor Trolley after making all HT/LT connections. Repairing of damaged T/F Plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.25 M suitable for 630/400/250 KVA Transformer with the mixture of 1:4 cement coarse sand, and complete civil material with fixing of two nos. MS Channel of size 100x50 mm 1.5 M length on the top. Opening of HT & LT connections of T/F installed at mobile trolly/Tractor Trolley & re-shifting of T/F on repaired plinth & making all HT & LT connection & re-energize the T/F as per instrucion of SDO/JE in-charge.
