Scaffolding works:
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock or `H' frame type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock / H-frame system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elavational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. Job also includes covering elavational area with high density UV Stabilized cloth. Note: 1) All the bottom area of works to be carried out must be provided and fixed with Nylon safety heavy duty net to avoid falling debris on ground. 2)The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding, after completion of entire repairs & external painting works.
Dismantling Works:
Dismantling old external plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 250 meters lead.
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 250 meters lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 250 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In Cement Mortar
Removing broken RCC Jali/Grill from existing position, fixed with cement mortar carefully with out damaging adjutant jali/grill. Job includes raking out adjutant cement plaster mortar carefully and stacking serviceable material to 250 meters lead etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: All the Debris after dismantling to be collected at nearest designated location. All the Debris to be shifted to nearest MCGM/MMRDA area by the Contractor at their expenses, no extra payment will be given towards same item.
Concrete and Structural repair, plaster works
Reinforced cement concrete work in Copings, beams, suspended floors, roofs balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 river sand : 3 graded stone aggregate up to max 20 mm nominal size).
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :
Suspended floors or Copings, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform
Vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers band, facia and eaves boards
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. TMT fe500 or more
Structural repair to the old damaged concrete structures with approved Make polymer ( Sunanda construction chemicals/Krishna con-chem. / FOSROC or equivalent) with following operations or as per manufacturers specifications. 1) Removal of loose / spelled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet. 2) Cleaning the steel bars with approved rust remover and washing with water jet to make the surface free from Acid content. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using approved rust passivator. 4) Re-baring reinforcement with additional bars where area of steel bar found reduced less than 50% and applying approved polymer and cement in the specified proportion as per specification of manufacturers procedure . 5) Providing and applying polymer modified cement mortar as per manufactures specification in thickness 15-20 mm at a time. Including applying cement & polymer bonding layer to old concrete surface area before applying polymer modified mortar. Applying polymer & cement bond coat and further polymer modified mortar above the thickness of 20 mm up to 50 mm thickness wherever is necessary as per manufacturers specifications. Please Note: 1) Mortar must be used after machine mixing only
Strengthening of RCC structure members with free flow SFMC(Super fine Micro concrete) manufactured by Sunanda chemicals/ Roffe/ Fosroc or equivalent approved make including mixing with concrete mixer, pouring concrete at site and applying old to new concrete binder application as per manufacturer specifications, curing and adding stone aggregate below 10 mm size if required as per manufacturer specifications etc all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Using 100% SFMC Please Note: Mortar must be used after machine mixing only.
18 -20 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 river sand sand) and a top layer 6 -8 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 river sand) finished rough with sponge. including admixture with approved Waterproofing compound by weight of cement used and as per the manufacturers specifications. Sieving the sand to required fineness complete. including dumping rubbish to dumping ground within 250 meters lead. Please Note: Mortar must be used after machine mixing only.
Rough cast plaster up to Seven storey height building from ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. Please Note: Mortar must be used after machine mixing only.
Providing precast cement concrete Jali 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size ), reinforced with 4-6 mm dia mild steel wire or TMT bar, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 fine sand). Providing and fixing Fiberglass mesh with alkali-resistant coating having mass per unit area of about 145-165 g/m2, mesh size: 3.0 to 4.0 mm ±10% mesh size. Job includes cutting the mesh as per size and fixing the same on joint of RCC Columns/Beam & Finns/Chajja with specified adhesive or Cement mortar as per standard specifications. Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine river sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.(Granite of any colour and shade)

Area of slab upto0.50 sqm.
Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing and making 05 mm groove, nosing one edges to fix on parapet wall all complete. Note: This Item will be operated for fixing kota stone on top of parapet wall.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:-Butt hinges shall be paid separately)
Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters
Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary with Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm

Binding all the peripheral edges with Nylon Rope/wire of thickness 6- 8 mm with using ferrule, crimping tool, turn bracket etc. Job includes providing & fixing all Stainless steel Corner Anchors & Intermediate Anchors/hooks at 300 mm c/c and Fixing Bird net in position. Complete the job as directed by Engineer In-charge. Note: Bird Net to be fixed for 36 nos Balconies of 2.4 meter x 2.4 meter & Plumbing shaft opening as per site dimensions.
External Painting:
Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.
On existing plain finish surface. Note: Payment will be made as per actual area measured. No extra payment will be made based on any Indian standard (IS code), CPWD or DAE measuring methods. Contractor has to quote rates accordingly.
On existing sponge plaster or Sand faced plaster finish surface. Note: Payment will be made as per actual area measured. No extra payment will be made based on any Indian standard (IS code), CPWD or DAE measuring methods. Contractor has to quote rates accordingly.
On existing rough cast plaster finish surface. Note: Payment will be made as per standard method of measurement practice. Contractor has to quote rates accordingly.

Internal Painting
Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. Note: Height of floor to ceiling in rooms are between 3.0 to 4.20 meters. No additional payment towards Scaffolding will be paid extra. Contractor has to quote accordingly for this item.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Waterproofing /Preventing Coating works
Providing and applying Elastomeric(Clear) coating at various Flat Roof or terraces etc including cleaning of surface thoroughly with jet spray potable water and removing all loose foreign material. Filling of surface cracks with using Cementious or approved putty and applying priming coats of Water thinnable epoxy as per manufacturers specification. finally applying Elastomeric coatings two or more coats of approved manufacturer's Krishna con-chem./Fosroc or Sunanda specialty chemicals or equivalent specification and guidelines to make the surface completely waterproof. Complete etc. as per the direction of Engineer In charge.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken up to 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar. Note: For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.
