S&F in repairs PVC water storage Tank with cover (minimum three layer) pure anti microbail round type and dismantling of existing foundation and making new PCC foundation size 10 cm more than the dia of the tank and height of the foundation not less than 20 cm height and making connections including replacement of new GI fittings i.e. tank nipple, washers, float valves and Gate valves and Pipes for connecting the existing delivery lines complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity :- Note :- Gate valves and GI pipe only shall be paid under relevant item of Schedule 'A' remaining items shall be deemed to be included in the item rate.

Disconnecting of existing water supply pipe line from RCC/PCC tanks, cutting and removing the existing 10000 ltrs PCC tank with concrete cutting machine carefully without any damage to existing stracture of the buildings and providing PCC foundation not less than 30 cm height,supply and fixing new PVC water storage tank (2X5000) Ltrs capacity, min 3 layers, ISI marked, for each wing hoisting and fixing in position on PCC platform and making all incoming and outgoing connections, GI nipples as required at site, testing all as specified and directed. Note : Removing of old PCC material from the station is also in the contractor's scope and rate included in the item rate

Supply/Fixing in repair/replacement of steel water tubing, galvanised, Medium grade with all fittings in shafts such as nipple, union, socket, elbow, bends, fixed to wall including necessary & capacity up to 15 th floor in high rise buildings in short piece/length, including breaking the existing brick wall for replacement of corroded GI pipe in/on wall and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note (1)Work to be carried out in high rise buildings plain wall or in shafts or in terraces or inside the flats for cutting the existing GI pipe line and replace the same with new GI pipe in short piece or full length.

Dismantle the existing damaged glow sign board complete from the entrance gate of Pump House and remove from site. Supply & installation Glow Sign board made out of PGI sheet 1 mm thick fixed with transparent PVC acrvlic sheet cover of thickness 2.5 mm, of colour as directed with letters and digits of approx size 25 x 10 CM (Appx 42 Nos) of colour as directed, fixed with and including 18 watts, 240 Volt LED tube light fitting with rods as required at site( @ 2 sqm per one LED fitting) connecting with existing electrical point using 2 core PVC insulated, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor cable of suitable length with switch, fixing the sign board on GI pole/building using necessary fixing arrangements viz clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and welding , excavation and PCC work all as specified and directed. Note :1. Size of sign board and colour will be decided by the department as per the site requirement. 2. GI Pole shall be used for fixing of sign shall only be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. Remaining items are deemed to be inclusive in the item rate.

Supply and fixing in repair LED post top lantern 27 watts, IP-65 protection, Acrylate cover and semi-matt high-reflective optic, surge protection,2300 lumens complete with standing pole, light fitting including mounting arrangement with suitable concrete platform including making connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair looping box of size 130mm x 130mm x 77mm weather proof IP 66/67 including connector blocks four way having suitable size bolt to connect upto 6 Sqmm x 2 core cable two Nos with the help of suitable gland, thimble nuts washers supports by flat aluminium clamps not less than 25mm x 3mm with suitable size nuts,bolts and washers inside and outside looping box including fixing with electric pole and taking out old one of any type complete as directed.

Supply and laying in repair LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross- section area 10 Sq. mm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs in existing line, gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including fittings i.e. union, socket etc complete all as specified of following sizes :-
