Demolition of brick work/ block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of any description/grade in any position viz. trench/under floors/on walls and removing from site complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following bore pipes:-

15mm bore

150mm bore

Taking down the existing unserviceable submain/service connection wiring any size and any description including conduits all as directed.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete, 1:4:8 Type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 15mm bore steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm bore size steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all fittings like bends, sockets, reducers etc as required in new or old alignment, on floor/walls, vertically for overhead reservoir,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron fitting flanged and/or spigot & socketed upto 150mm bore such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc),tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross collar, caps and plugs etc. suitable for flanged/spigot and socketed pipes, conforming to IS-1536-2001 complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15mm bore bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated long body with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB SP 20 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: - (i) Two runs of main cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of conduit will be measured and paid as one length only. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include for cutting chases for concealing PVC conduit and making good disturbed surfaces.
