Construction of a Pipe irrigation system i/c all valves and accessories as per design requirement to supply water through the Rising/Gravity mains by pressurized pipeline system for micro irrigation to deliver with a duty of 0.35 lit/sec/ha maintained up to 30.00 ha chak and keeping the discharge of minimum 10 times the duty at 1.00 hectare and with minimum 20 Meter Residual Head at each 1.00 ha chak for Micro Pressurized Irrigation (Drip/Sprinkler) by rotation with a total power requirement of 4.35 Mw excluding transmission losses from tapping point to sub stations, construction of approach channel, intake well, pump house ,providing and installation of pumps with 25% extra pumps as stand by for pumping of required water to irrigate 8000ha C.C.A out of 10000ha. G.C.A to the balancing reservoir formed at salarond barrage in river Sip, and restructuring (i/c dismantling if any) of Salarond barrage by increasing height of barrage by 2.0 m ,providing two nos. of river sluices with vertical lift gates ,providing and fixing shutters for increased height in remaining portion ,1.5 m wide foot over bridge across river Sip on Salarond Barrage ,construction of intake well, approach channel , pump house/ houses & providing and installation of pumps with 25% extra pumps as stand by for secondary lifting of required water to irrigate Culturable command area of 8000 hectare, out of gross command area 10000 hectare, fully covering the entire compact and contiguous possible arable area and any area increase/ decrease in CCA within and beyond the GCA shall be permitted with written approval of Chief Engineer as the index map for Micro Irrigation System under Sip Amber Irrigation complex project. It also includes all activities starting from survey, investigation, designing, procurement, construction, laying, installing, etc of rising mains, gravity mains, main line, branch lines, distribution network, controlling and regulation system etc for supply of water for irrigation under pressure with SCADA and automation. The work also includes Management, Operation and Maintenance (MOM) for the period of 60 months after completion which includes 60 months of defect liability period simultaneously.
