Removing old lime or cement plaster from work including racking out joint 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead with all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge ( Ground Floor)

Dismantaling and removing 2.5cm thick greading concrete from roof slab, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debries within 50m lead.debries in 50m lead.l lead and lift with all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 4cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm & down graded size hard black granite chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, curing including cost conveyance, Royalty, Cess taxes of all materials, labour T&P articles required for the work etc. as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard black granite hand broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, curing including cost conveyance, Royalty, Cess taxes of all materials, labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar (1:6) to brick work with curing and cost conveyance, royality of all materials and all labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash. brick works in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use with good quality kiln bunt brick of 9"sizes having crushing strength not less than 75Kg./Sqm including splays cutting ,circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections, chamfering and corbelling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance , royalties of all materials with cost of all labours,all taxes with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantaling and removing 2.5cm thick A.S. flooring including stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debries in 50m lead.

Straightening, bend up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works etc. complete.in all floors

Painting one coat with any approved paint to doors, windows iron works including all labour T&P articles required for the work etc complete as per the specification and direction of the E.I.C.

Providing distempering two coats to wall surface with any approved of approved shade including cost of distemper etc. Conveyence, taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall with weather coat paints of approved shade on new/old work two coats to give even shade including cost, conveyance taxes with all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting, fixing granit stone in shelve including all cost, conveyance , royality etc. complete.
