Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreeding in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause. 401 (II) For Grading II Material

Water Bound Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top andmiddle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges.The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middleplate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts dulyembedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mmx 600mm,600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middleplate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stoveenameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in requiredshade and colour. All sections of framed posts andsteel tube will be painted withprimer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

RCC Guard Post. Supplying fitting and fixing RCC guard Post 150 mm long erected 75 cm above the ground and 75 cm below the ground with M-15 grade of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering moulding the top curing including painting concrete surface in 23 cm strips upto .0.75 m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc complete as per designed. i) 30 cm dia RCC guard Post with reinforcement of 6 nos. 12 mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6 mm TMT /MS stirrupt at 15 cm c/c.

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
